A Clinical Study On The Syndrome Of Guifu Shenqi Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Sick Sinus

Objective: Observation of Shenqi Guifu Huoxue Prescription on heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of sick sinus comprehensive syndrome in patients with clinical efficacy, and explore the mechanism of the party and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of, for the treatment of sick sinus syndrome to provide practical and valuable therapeutic approachMethods: In the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 60 cases were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The prospective randomized controlled study was divided into the experimental group and the control group. The general situation of the two groups were not statistically significant. Patients in control group were treated with Xinbao pill combined with conventional western medicine treatment, experimental group in the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of service Shenqi Guifu Huoxue Decoction, one dose daily, morning and evening for half an hour to take lukewarm. After 4 weeks, the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Observation and comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the total score and the total score of Chinese medicine symptoms, heart rate comparison, resting ecg. The experimental group in the heart palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, chills, cold extremities, complexion pale, dark tongue moss white, pulse generation and improve the situation better than the control group(P < 0.05); experimental group and control group, resting ECG S-T segment and T wave) group and within group comparison showed no significant change(P > 0.05).
