Clinical Observation Of Xinfukang Treatment Of Sick Sinoatrial Syndrome With Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney Yang

1 Purpose In this study,the clinical efficacy and safety of cardiac rehabilitation therapy for patients with sick sinus syndrome were observed,as well as the improvement of ECG observation indexes.2 MethodsFifty patients meeting the inclusion criteria of sick sinus node syndrome with heart-kidney Yang deficiency type were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method according to the principle of randomness.The observation group was treated with Xinfukang combined with conventional western medicine for 6 weeks,while the control group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with conventional western medicine for 6 weeks.After 6 weeks of treatment,the relevant indexes were reexamined,and the total efficacy of Holter,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome total efficacy,the number of long RR interval,the number of seconds of longest RR interval,24-hour average heart rate and slowest heart rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS21.0statistical software was used.The t test was used for the data of numerical variables,the chi-square test was used for the data of disordered variables,and the rank sum test was used for the data of ordered variables.The safety indexes of liver and kidney function,routine urine,routine stool plus occult blood were evaluated.3 Results(1)The total efficacy of TCM syndromes: the effective rate of the observation group was 92%;The effective rate of control group was 68%.Both groups had curative effect on the improvement of TCM syndromes(P<0.05),and the total curative effect of TCM syndromes in observation group was significantly better than that in control group.(2)Over all efficacy of dynamic electrocardiogram: the effective rate of the observation group was 88%;The effective rate of the control group was 64%.In terms of improvement of dynamic electrocardiogram,both groups had curative effect(P<0.05),and the total curative effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in observation group was significantly better than that in control group.(3)Total TCM syndrome scores: The syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the syndrome scores of the control group were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction degree of the syndrome scores of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)The average heart rate and the slowest heart rate in the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram: the average heart rate and the slowest heart rate were significantly increased in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement level of the average heart rate and the slowest heart rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).⑸ The number of long RR interval of 24-hour dynamic ECG: The number of long RR interval of 24 hour dynamic ECG was significantly decreased in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).The reduction degree of the number of long RR interval in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The longest RR interval seconds of the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram: The longest RR interval seconds of the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram in the two groups were significantly reduced before and after treatment(P<0.01).The maximum seconds of RR interval in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Safety indexes: There were no significant abnormalities in liver and kidney function indexes,stool routine,occult blood test and urine routine in 2 groups before and after treatment,and there were no significant changes in above safety indexes in the tested patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).No adverse reactions were observed.4 ConclusionXinfukang treatment of patients with SSS has a significant effect in increasing heart rate,improving symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients,and the treatment effect is significantly better than the control group,with high safety.
