ObjeciveTo Investigate the influence of the syndrome manifestations of sick sinus syndrome effected by Pacemaker and the relations between the syndrome manifestation Scores and hemodynamic processes index.MethodsThe choice of Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome based efforts Deficiency Syndrome and 43 cases of card-based permanent pacemaker implanted in Patients with the SSS, respectively before and after surgery syndrome Symptom score, and patients before the use of color Doppler ultra-Sound Echocardiography for heart LVEDV, LVESV, SV, CO, LVEF hemodynamics, such as inspection and dynamic echocardiograp-hy which 28 cases reviewed after one year of color Doppler echocardiography and holter. Research on differentmodels pacemaker implantation before and after operations LVEDV, LVESV, SV, CO, LVEF, Differences of hemodynamic parameters. The difference of the syndrome manifestation scores on the Heart Qi-deficiency and the Heart Blood-deficiency and CO, HR before treatment of heart pacemaker.Result 1. This study found that:sick sinus syndrome in patients with cardiac pacing of the main Chinese medicine treatment for heart syndrome Qi-Deficiency Syndrome and effort. The heart pacemaker can improve a part of symptom from the syndrome manifestation of SSS. The main syndrome manifestation of SSS cured by heart pacemaker are still the Heart Qi-deficiency and the Heart Blood-deficiency.2. CO in hemodynamic processes can effect the syndrome manifestation scores in the Sick Sinus Syndrome. However, LEDV, LVESV, SV and LVEF have vague effects on the syndrome manifestation.3.Increase of Hear rate can improve CO so that the improvement of the symptom of the Heart Qi-deficiency and the Heart Blood-deficiency.
