Clinical Study Of Xinfukang's Treatment Of Sick Sinus Syndrome And Its Effect On HRV

1 Objective This study further explored the mechanism of Xinfengkang in treating sick sinus syndrome,and provided valuable treatment methods for treating sick sinus syndrome.2 Methods(1)A total of 60 patients with pathological sinus node syndrome(cardiac and renal deficiency)were screened,30 patients were randomly assigned to the Xinfukang treatment group and 30 patients were treated with Shensongyangxinj capsule Control group.(2)To ensure the safety of the subjects,the two groups of patients present in the Western medicine basic diseases are routine treatment,on the basis of which,give Xinfukang and Shensongyangxinj capsule for six weeks course.(3)After 6 weeks of treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes,24 hour mean heart rate,minimum heart rate and time domain index of heart rate variability(SDNN,rMSSD)were observed and compared.(4)Average 24 hour heart rate and slowest heart rate: There was significant difference between the study group and control group(P < 0.01);The 24 hour mean heart rate and the minimum heart rate were significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).3 Results(1)Total curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total efficiency of the Study Group is90 %;The efficiency of control group was 63 %.Study group had better effect than control group(P < 0.05).(2)Total effectiveness of dynamic electrocardiogram: 85 % efficiency of the study group;The control group had a total efficiency of 73 %;Study group had better effect than control group(P < 0.05).(3)Total score of TCM syndromes: The total score of TCM syndromes in the Study Group decreased significantly,with significant difference(P < 0.01);The total score of TCM syndromes in the control group was lower than that before the treatment(P <0.05).After comparison between the two groups,after statistical analysis,the effect of the group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(4)Average 24 hour heart rate and slowest heart rate: There was significant difference between the study group and control group(P < 0.01);The 24 hour mean heart rate and the minimum heart rate were significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01).(5)Heart Rate Variability: There was no difference in SDNN(MS)between the two groups(control group P = 0.109,study group P = 0.449).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P = 0.545 > 0.05).RMSSD(MS)decreased significantly in the study group(P < 0.01)and in the control group(P < 0.01).The comparison between the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(6)The indexes of liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN,CREA)before and after drug use were measured and compared between the two groups.4 Conclusion(1)Xinfukang and Shensongyangxin capsule can improve the heart rate,improve the heart rate variability of patients with heart and kidney deficiency type sick sinus syndrome,and obviously alleviate the symptoms such as palpitations and dizziness.(2)Xinfukang was superior to Shensongyangxin capsule in improving heart rate and heart rate variability.(3)Cases of Xinfukang and Shensongyangxin capsule are safe and effective without adverse reactions...
