Objective Using pretreatment method of Premedication,to observe the Shengxian Decoction Modified Prescriptions's effects on the Cardiac Electrophysiology index of acute Sick Sinus Syndrome(SSS) Rabbit models; Study the Shengxian Decoction Modified Prescriptions's effects on SNRT, CSNRT, SACT; Discuss the pathogenesis of acute Sick Sinus Syndrome(SSS); Provide experimental material.Methods The experimental rabbits were divided into the Shengxian Decoction Modified Prescriptions of high,middle,low dose groups and the Xinbao Pill group and the control groups. After the rabbits were given corresponding medicines a week, they were maken into acute injure SSS models by soaking atrionector with formaldehyde,and the rabbit's heart-rate would be observed. And the HR,SNRT,CSNRT, SACT of the rabbit's were been observed. Compare the results to analyse the curative effect.Results Shengxian Decoction Modified Prescriptions can enhance the acute injure SSS rabbit's HR , effectively shorten it's SNRT,CSNRT,SACT index.The effects between Xinbao Pill group and high dose groups of Shengxian Decoction Modified Prescrip-tions are correspond,but the effects of middle,low dose groups are not as Xinbao Pill group.Show clear concentration-response relations.Conclusion Shengxian Decoction Modified Prescriptions is in prevention and improve role to the acute injure SSS rabbit's. It clew da-qi sag, heart-yang deficiency may be one of the SSS main Syndrome types. This study has important experimental significance, provide Experiment basis for Shengxian Decoction Modified Prescriptions to treat the SSS.
