Clinical Observation Of Xinlvkangning Pill On Sick Sinus Syndrome(Yang Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney)

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Xinlvkang pill in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome(Yangdeficiency of heart and kidney),new methods and new ideas of TCM were explored in this paper,which could provide clinical basis to develop new drug of TCM.Methods: 60 patients diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome(Yang deficiency of heart and kidney)were selected,they were divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases randomly.Besides conventional drugs,the control group was given salbutamol sulfate tablets(2mg)2 pieces at a time,three times a day.Treatment group was given Xinlvkang Pill,9g each time,three times a day.the treatment process lasted 8weeks for continuous observation.The index such as blood,urine,dung routine,liver and kidney functions and conventional electrocardiogram,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical syndrome of TCM in pretherapy and post-treatment were measured.At last the statistical analysis was processed on the SPSS19.0.Results:1.The index of TCM symptom of the two group both had improved.The treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05).2.The heart rate,average heart rate,the slow heart rate and calm heart rate measured in 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were increased in both groups.The treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05).3.In the process of treatment,the patients kept in general condition.None of adverse events had occurred.The liver and kidney function had no statistically significant differences in two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The effect of Xinlvkang pill is certainly,which was used on the patient of sick sinus syndrome(Yang deficiency of heart and kidney),and can significantly improve the patient palpitations,chest tightness and other clinical symptoms.2.The heart rate,average heart rate,the slow heart rate and calm heart rate measured in 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were improved significantly by Xinlvkang pill.3.Xinlvkang pill treatment of sick sinus syndrome found no adverse reactions and had good security.
