Clinical Obeservation Of Acupopomy Combined With Huoxue Zhitong Plaster In The Treatment Of Anterior Scalene Muscle Entrapment Syndrome

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with huoxue zhitong ointment in the treatment of anterior scalene muscle entrapement syndrome,and to provide a reliable and effective treatment with low recurrence rate for clinical promotion.Methods: 70 patients with anterior scalenus syndrome were selected from the outpatient department of department 3 of the affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment and control groups.In the treatment group,acupotomology combined with huoxue pain-relieving plaster was used once a week,and huoxue pain-relieving plaster was applied twice a day after acupotomology,once a day for 12 h,rest for 12 h,and treatment for two weeks.The manipulation of massage combined with huoxue pain-relieving plaster was used as the control group.The manipulation of massage was performed once a day,and huoxue pain-relieving plaster was applied once a day for 12 h,rest for 12 h,and treatment for two weeks.35 patients in each group were evaluated for their clinical manifestations before and after treatment,and their data were systematically analyzed.The clinical efficacy and improvement of brachial plexus and vascular function were compared and observed.Then,objective evaluation was conducted,and follow-up was conducted at 2 months after treatment.Results:1.Both the treatment group and the control group had good efficacy in the treatment of anterior scalene muscle entrapement syndrome;2.The therapeutic effect of acupotomy combined with huoxue zhitong plaster is better than massage combined with huoxue zhitong plaster.Conclusion:1.Acupotomy combined with huoxue zhitong ointment in the treatment of anterior scalenus muscle compression syndrome can effectively improvethe clinical symptoms of pain and activity restriction,and the treatment effect is superior to the control group.2.Combined with clinical practice,it is shown that this method has a low recurrence rate,reliable efficacy and simple operation,which is worthy of being popularized in clinical practice,and puts forward new ideas and methods for the treatment of anterior scalene muscle entrapement syndrome.
