Objective:Clinical observation on acupotomology and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy for the clinical wide to provide a basis to promote this method. Methods:A randomized clinical trial principles, would be in line with the standard of the patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, treatment group 40 cases, the use of acupotomy therapy with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate; 40 cases of the control group, using the pain-point treatment of blockage with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate; were treated in accordance with the treatment, after treatment to determine treatment. Choice of clinical symptoms and signs score as the main indicators, and observe the results of statistical treatment, reach a conclusion. Results:The acupotomology and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis in general the short-term 90.0% efficient, the pain-point treatment of blockage with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate there are always 77.5 percent of the short-term efficiency, and between the two groups compared the overall effect P<0.05, significant difference between the two groups, the acupotomology and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis in general more effective than the pain-point treatment of blockage with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate; the acupotomology and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate is better than the control group therapy in the short-term curative effect; The long-term curative effect of treatment group is 90.0%, while the control group is 67.5%,and between the two groups compared the overall effect P <0.05, significant difference between the two groups, the treatment group in general more effective than the control group;the acupotomology and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate is better than the control group therapy in the long-term curative effect;to improve the patients at the same time ease the pain, symptoms, signs, etc. are better than the control group, especially in significant efficacy in patients with early stage. Conclusion:The acupotomology and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis has the good treatment result and the important clinical practice value.
