Clinical Observation Of Traction Correction Technique Treatment Scalenus Anticus Muscle Syndrome

Objective:Discussion traction correction technique treatment efficacy of scalenus anticus muscle syndrome, and providing a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:According to the randomization principle, in March 2015 December 2015 period, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine outpatient orthopedic a 60 scalenus anticus muscle syndrome patients met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into group (30 patients in this group, are used in acupuncture and massage therapy) and treatment group (30 patients in this group,are used to traction correction technique therapy). The clinical manifestations recorded before and after each patient treatment, according to the score, before and after treatment scores were estimated and data collection, integration and use of statistical data on the treatment before and after performing a statistical computation result.Results:1.Before and after the treatment group and the control group, were paired t test, both P values were less than 0.05, statistically significant, indicating that the two treatment programs are effective.2.Reduce the extent of disease before and after treatment (Points poor) compared using independent sample t test, t= 3.036, P=0.004 <0.05, statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group than the control group.3.Traction correction technique therapy scalenus anticus muscle syndrome is simple, safe, effective, easy to accept other advantages, worthy of promotion.Conclusion:1.Pulling correction techniques and acupuncture massage therapy scalenus anticus muscle syndrome have a significant effect.2.Clinical efficacy of traction correction manipulative therapy is superior to anterior scalene muscle syndrome acupuncture massage therapy.3.Pull manual therapy to correct anterior scalene muscle syndrome is simple, safe, effective, easy to accept other advantages, worthy of promotion.
