Clinical Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Anterior Oblique Muscle Entrapment Syndrome With Acuporomy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Acupotomy for treating anterior oblique muscle entrapment syndrome and observe the changes of the Clinical symptom score and Brachial plexus and vascular function, to explore the mechanism of Acupotomy treats anterior oblique muscle entrapment syndrome.Methods:Collected 60 cases of anterior oblique muscle entrapment syndrome in the first affiliated hospital and third orthopedic ward of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, and divided into treatment group and control group randomly,30 patients per group. Treatment group were treated with Acupotomy, control group were given Prednisolone Acetate Injection,2% Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, Sterile Water for injection according to the ratio of 1:2:25ml mixture, and in pain point local block therapy, All patients were followed up for 2 months. Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups, and observed the changes of the clinical symptom score and Brachial plexus and vascular function before and after treatment.Results:?Both treatment group and control group improved significantly after treatment;?For the curative effect on this disease, Acupotomy was better than Local parenchyma blocking treatment.Conclusion:1. Anterior oblique muscle entrapment syndrome with Acupotomy treatment has definitely curative effect and obvious improvement for patient's clinical symptoms and Brachial plexus and vascular function.2. The study shows that the application of Acupotomy treatment in Anterior oblique muscle entrapment syndrome has low recurrence rate, safety, easy operation and other advantages, which is worthy of promoting.
