| Objective:To show the modern medical theory of calcaneodynia.At the same time,compare to therapy of pain spot blocking.Evaluate the curative effect of calcaneodynia which therapied by acupotomology,then, Analysis the trial result and provide scientific foundation for clinical therapy of calcaneodynia.Methods:According to the serious diagnosis standard,from Sepember 2007 to January 2009,60 patients were therapied in our hospital.They were randomly and equally devided into two groups.They were the treatment group(acupotomology) and the control group(pain spot blocking).Pre-treatment and post-treatment were scored separately,and then,carries on the comparative analysis and the correlation factor analysi(?)o the evaluation result.Results:After 30 days,the cure rate was 33.3%,the excellent rate was 56.7%and the good rate was 10.0%,the non-rate was 0%and all the good rate was 100%of treatment by the therapy of treatment group;The cure rate was 30.0%,the excellent rate was 36.7%and the good rate was 20.0%,the non-rate was 13.3%and all the good rate 86.7%of treatment by the therapy of control group.The cure rate,the excellent rate and the good rate of two groups did show some significant difference by X~2 check comparison according to P＜0.05.The patient pain small,bleeds,the treatment time to be short few,the curative effect is high,the side effect small,cannot be hospitalized,spend few,its clinical practice safe reliable.It has excellent effects of vanishing swell,receding congestionand accelerating habilitation of heel function on the treatment of calcaneodynia by acupotomology.Conclusion:1.The acupotomology therapy improve obviously with calcaneodynia patient's ache,swelling,walks the function barrier and so on, which enhances patient's work and the quality of life effectively.2.The acupotomology therapy surpasses the pain spot blocking therapy with calcaneodynia curative effect. 3.The acupotomology therapy was simple,safe,Inexpensive and efficient for calcaneodynia.
