Effectiveness Observation On Pulling Manipulation Stretching And Flexing Manipulation And Guan Acupuncture On Sacroiliac Malposition

Objective: To observe the clinic therapeutic result on pulling manipulation,stretching and flexing manipulation and guan acupuncture on Sacroiliac Malposition andevaluate its advantage and safety to make the clinical can widely spread and application.Method:60patients who meet the inclusion criteria were according to1:1divided intothe treatment group and control group. Each group contains30cases. The treatment groupused pulling manipulation, stretching and flexing manipulation and guan acupuncture,while the control group used pulling manipulation, stretching and flexing manipulation.Before and after treatment in treatment pain score, the main symptom of evaluation was becompared.Result: The effective rate was both100%in treatment group and control group. Butthe cure rate in treatment group is superior than in control group. The cure rate issignificont difference between treatment group and control group(p<0.05).There issignificont in terms of relieve pain and symptoms, the treatment group is superior thancontrol group.Conclusion: Pulling manipulation, stretching and flexing manipulation and guanacupuncture on Sacroiliac Malposition is significont in terms of relieve pain andsymptoms,and it is safe.
