Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylopathy With Du Mertdian Combined With Jiaji Cross Electroacupuncture

Objective:Study du meridian cooperate clip ridge cross electric acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,observe the clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group,TCM syndrome score,transcranial doppler(TCD)as a result,and the function of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis rating scale(FS-CSA)score,with the objective of digital intuitively reflect patients in functional recovery after treatment,the change of the respect such as life skillsMethods:According to the order of treatment,70 patients admitted to acupuncture and moxibustion clinic of the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(du mai combined with jiaji cross electroacupuncture group)and control group(j i aj i electroacupuncture group).Patients in both groups were treated with corresponding treatment methods.Patients were instructed to sit for acupuncture,and electroacupuncture was connected,once a day for 30min each time,6 days a week for one course of treatment,and two courses of treatment were insisted.TCM syndrome score,transcranial doppler(TCD)examination and FS-CSA were used to score and observe and compare the patients before enrollment and after treatment.Finally,SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical processing to draw conclusionsResults:(1)Comparison of baseline data of patients in the two groups before treatment:age,gender,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,transcranial doppler(TCD)examination,and FS-CSA score,all of which were P>0.05,indicating that the comparison of baseline data of patients in the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(2)Intra-group comparison of observation indicators before and after treatment:TCM syndrome score,transcranial doppler(TCD)examination,and fs-csa score in the treatment group were all P<0.05,indicating that intra-group comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant.The scores of TCM syndromes,transcranial doppler(TCD)examination and fs-csa in the control group before and after treatment were all P<0.05,which means that the comparison in the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant.(3)After treatment between two groups of patients to observe group comparison:comparison between two groups after treatment in patients with group,TCM syndrome score(P<0.05)and transcranial doppler(TCD)examination(P>0.05),the function of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis rating scale(FS-CSA)score(P<0.05),that is,two groups of patients after treatment in TCM syndrome score and the function of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis rating scale(FS-CSA)score was statistically significant,the transcranial doppler(TCD)is not statistically significant.(4)Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,while that of the control group was 83.87%,with P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:There are definite curative effects on treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy by means of du-mai combined with clip-ridge cross electroacupuncture and traditional acupuncture.The overall curative effect of the du-mai combined with clip-ridge cross electroacupuncture in the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylosis has significant advantages over traditional acupuncture.Moreover,the operation of acupuncture on the du vein and the chipping cross electroacupuncture is simple,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical application.
