Objective: To observe the difference effect on Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type with puncturing Seven-point and Jiaji-piont in nape, and tosummariz tutors clinical experience and value of science . Method: 80 cases were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. They were treated with puncturing Seven-Point and Jiaji-piont in nape. Result: The effective rate was 89.47% in the Seven-point in nape group, 76.47% in the Jiaji-point in nape group, the Seven-point in nape group was better than the Jiaji-point in nape group(P<0.05); The time of taking effect and dissolving blackout of the Seven-point in nape group were shorter than the Jiaji-point in nape group(P<0.05);After treated, the changes of averaging blood velocity of vertebra-basilar artery(MV), blood streem quantity(Q), internal diameter of vertebra artery, pulsating index of vertebra-basilar artery(PI), resistence index of of vertebra-basilar artery(RI) of the Seven-point in nape group were better than the Jiaji-point in nape group(P<0.05). Conclusion: These are two effective means of treating Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type.But the Seven-point in nape group can improve the symptom of blackout in shorter time, and it is also better than the latter in ameliorating cerebral blood flow. On the contrast, the Jiaji-point in nape group can improve the symptom of neck and shoulder-ache better.
