Massage Du Meridian And Clip Ridge Point Coreto Control The Effectof Children With Cerebral Palsyon Clinical Research

Objective:Massage du meridian and clip ridge point core to control the effect of children with cerebral palsy on clinical research.To observe the conventional comprehensive rehabilitation training,at the same time use the massage Du meridian and clip ridge and record the clinical efficacy of massaging on clinical curative cerebral palsy,in order to confirm the massaging of Du meridian and clip ridge point is the core of effective training methods.Methods:Cases from the children in children brain disease clinic rehabilitation center between April 2016 to January 2017 Henan TCM University first subsidiary hospital.72 cases with cerebral palsy into standard were chosen.They were divided into two groups randomly,each group 36 cases.One treatment group used conventional comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,while the control group plus massaging of Du meridian and the clip ridge point,4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,3 periods of treatment,in total.Before treatment and 12 weeks of treatment,by using gross motor function test scale(GMFM-88)and the surface electromyography(SEMG)on children with cerebral palsy to evaluate the stability of the core muscles.Throughout the treatment period,observed if there were any adverse reactions and complications in children and made detailed records in a case observation form.Result:(1)Completed 35 cases in the treatment group and control group of 33 cases,shedding 4 Treatment of the first two groups have no significant differences on gender,age,type,gross motor function,surface electromyographic evaluation of core muscle groups statistically(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the total percentage of treatment groups GMFM are larger than that in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,three kinds of position(in neutral position,supine position,and the posterior extension)detection of surface electromyography is larger than that in the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).(4)The clinical efficacy of two groups,the overall efficiency of the treatment group(85.7%)is larger than in the control group(75.6%),a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through this topic research,explain the massaging of Du meridian and clip ridge point can better promote the gross motor development,meanwhile improve their ability of core control.Confirming the massaging Du meridian and stable clip ridge point is the core of the effective training method,It can make up for the inadequacy of infants with cerebral palsy who also lack the ability of cooperate actively.It also provides a new theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of cerebral palsy.
