Objective:To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point in treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery(CSA).Through the change of clinical symptoms and physiological function, to discuss the cure mechanism of electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point in Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery.Methods:Divide60cases of Patients who were corresponds with CSA into treatment group(electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point)and control group(conventional acupuncture), there were30cases in each group. The two groups’treatment results would be assessed through scores, function assessment and detections of TCD after3weeks.Results:1Indexes of the two groups in the cervical vertigo symptoms and function assessment scale increase, and treatment group is better than control group. There is statistical significance (p<0.05).2Indexes of the two groups in TCD cervical vertigo improvete, and treatment group is better than control group. There is statistical significance (p<0.05).3Cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group are better than the control group.There is statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion:1Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point can obviously improve patients’ scores,and blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery.2Electroacupuncture at cervical jiaji point is better than conventional acupuncture in improving patients’scores blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery.
