Clinical Observation Of Three-dimensional Orthopedic Massage Combined With Electroacupuncture At Cervical Spondylosis For The Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective: his study of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy patients as observation object,respectively in three dimensions bonesetting massage combined with cupping cervical spondylosis hole with conventional massage combined with electric acupuncture as a treatment,evaluation of the three dimensional bonesetting massage combined with cupping acupuncture point of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis related symptoms curative effect,for the three dimensional bonesetting massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis research provide certain clinical evidence.Methods: This topic selection from June 2016-January 2017,in hunan university of Chinese medicine affiliated yueyang city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture second family visits and conforms to the patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis clinical manifestations as the research object,using the random number table method,40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 20 cases,1 case fall off of the control group patients,effective cases of a total of 39 cases.Observation group adopts three-dimensional bonesetting massage combined with cupping hole as a treatment for cervical spondylosis,the control group using traditional massage combined with cupping neck clip ridge point as a treatment method,treatment 1 times a day,7 days for a period of treatment,curative effect after 2 courses of statistics.Research before treatment,1,2 weeks after treatment respectively recorded in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis symptom and function score,before treatment,treatment 2 weeks after the application of transcranial doppler(TCD)in patients with vertebral-basilar artery peak average blood flow velocity,and the data statistics and analysis.Results:1.vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis symptoms and functional score(score): observation group and control group before and after treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis symptoms and functional score (score),were statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment between the 2groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis symptoms and functional score(project): the observation group before and after treatment,the score comparison group were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group in "vertigo" improvement,between the 2 groups after treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.01),no significant difference in neck and shoulder pain,headache,daily life and work of the project group(P>0.05).3.vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity: the average peak value of the two groups before and after treatment compared to the vertebral basilar artery peak to average flow velocity differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);compare the blood velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in two groups after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.clinically significant rate of comparison,the observation group showed a rate of 90%,compared to 84% in the control group,the difference between the two groups(P>0.05),no statistical significance.Conclusion:Effect of electroacupuncture acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of cervical vertigo and related symptoms were combined with 1.3D bonesetting massage,and the symptoms of vertigo,psychological and social adaptation ability improved degree.2.3D bonesetting massage combined with electro acupuncture for cervical spondylosis acupuncture combined with traditional massage acupuncture Jiaji compared to related symptomatic treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,the symptoms better,but compared to two,there was no significant difference in effects.
