Objective:By observing the Houxi(SI3)combined with selective treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,Combined with Laozhen(EX-UE8)point and local pick acupuncture point comparison,To observe the changes of pain and vertigo visual score and cervical vertigo evaluation scale score before and after treatment. To compare the clinical effect of two methods on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. To provide a basis for acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods: According to conform to the standard of 53 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,There were 27 cases in the Houxi(SI3)group and 26 in the control group.Houxi(SI3)point combined with local selected acupoints for Houxi(SI3)group,Laozhen(EX-UE8)point and local pick acupuncture point was the control group.Treat once a day,Six times a week for a course of treatment,One day interval,There were two courses of treatment. To observe the changes in the score of pain and vertigo before and after treatment and the score of cervical vertigo. And compare the data analysis.Results:1.VAS score: After treatment,Both vertigo and pain VAS scores were reduced before treatment, there are significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01),Both groups can effectively improve the symptoms of dizziness and pain in patients with cervical spondylosis. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of vertigo VAS scores before and after treatment(P>0.05),The difference in difference between the two groups of pain VAS scores was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the two groups were effective in improving the vertigo of patients, and the Houxi(SI3)group was better than the control group.2.Evaluation of cervical vertigo scale:After treatment, the scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups can effectively improve the symptoms of dizziness, headache, neck and shoulder pain. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The differences in neck and shoulder pain, headache, daily life and work, psychological and social adaptation and overall situation were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment,Neck and shoulder pain, headache, daily life and work, psychological and social adjustment and overall condition Houxi(SI3)group were superior to the control group.3.After two courses of treatment,The total effective rate was 88.89% and 76.92%respectively.After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is shown that the total effective efficiency of the Houxi(SI3)combined with local acupoint group is better than that of the Laozhen(EX-UE8)point with local pick acupuncture point group.4.No adverse reactions were observed in both groups after treatment.Conclusion:1.Houxi(SI3)point combined with local selected acupoints and Laozhen(EX-UE8)point with local pick acupuncture point both can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical Spondylosis.2.Houxi(SI3)point combined with local selected acupoints were significantly better than the Laozhen(EX-UE8)point with local pick acupuncture point of neck and shoulder pain, headache, daily life and work, psychological and social adaptation and overall situation in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.3.The vertigo of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis of Houxi(SI3)point combined with local selected acupoints is comparable to that of the Laozhen(EX-UE8)point with local pick acupuncture point.
