Objective:Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is a common type of cervical spondylosis.In recent years,with the change of learning,work and lifestyle,the incidence of the disease is increasing year by year,and the age of the patients tends to be younger.The cross neck acupuncture is a kind of acupuncture method for the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis through clinical application.The subject adopts strict clinical design.The clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of cross stitch neck score,and compared with fluorine Cinnarizine Capsules,to provide treatment for acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:From December 2016 ~2017 year in May during the random in Shanxi Province Institute of acupuncture and moxibustion Acupuncture Department of outpatient and inpatient patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis in 60 cases as the research object.The 60 patients were divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group(acupuncture plus neck acupoints as follows:Baihui,Dazhui,bilateral Tianzhu,Taodao,Jingjiaji),one time a day,for 6 days,2 weeks for1 courses,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The control group received oral flunarizine,over the age of 50 under the age of 50 every 5mg,10 mg each time,1 times daily for 4weeks.Before and after the treatment,two groups of patients with cervical vertigo symptom and function scale(ESCV)and vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis clinical symptom score were scored.The efficacy of the two groups was recorded.All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS17.0.Results:1.Two groups of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis after the clinical symptoms score,ESCV total score and all factors score compared with the same group before treatment.There were significant differences(P < 0.05).The clinical symptoms of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis can be improved by two groups of treatment methods.Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom score,the total score of ESCV scale and the factor integral of the patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis after treatment were compared with the control group.There were statistical significance(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of the disease.2.The following is the total clinical efficacy of two groups of treatments.In the treatment group,14 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were improved and 1 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group,9 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were improved and 5 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 83.3%.The above results showed that cross the neck acupuncture group is more effective than oral flunarizine group.3.Security analysis The study period,all patients had no treatment,infection,hemorrhage,hematoma etc.The life signs(respiration,pulse,body temperature and blood pressure)of the patients in the treatment group were smooth during the treatment process and after the acupuncture treatment.It shows that the cross neck needle therapy is safe and safe for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Conclusion:1.Effect of cross neck acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is better than oral flunarizine.2.Cross stitch on neck in improving vertigo,neck pain symptoms than the oral flunarizine method has more advantages.3.The cross neck needle therapy is safe and reliable for the treatment of this disease,and it is worthy of further popularization in clinical practice.
