Objective:To understand the current situation of undergraduate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability,innovation and entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship environment,entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,innovation and entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity identification of undergraduate students in higher nursing colleges and universities to provide reference for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,the cultivation of innovative talents and the improvement of the quality of talent training in ethnic higher nursing colleges and universities.Methods:This study is cross-sectional studies in non-experimental studies.Using the method of convenient sampling,the undergraduate students of Yanbian University College of Nursing,Ningxia Medical University College of Nursing and Youjiang Medical College of nationalities were selected as the research objects.The research tools include general data questionnaire,innovative entrepreneurial ability scale,innovative entrepreneurship education situation questionnaire,entrepreneurial environment questionnaire,entrepreneurial efficacy questionnaire,entrepreneurial opportunity identification ability questionnaire.using SPSS 19.0 chinese version statistical software package for data collation and analysis,using frequency,percentage,mean and standard deviation,t test,chi-square test,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis statistical methods,P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Results:(1)Among the 519 subjects,the average age was(19.52± 1.43)years of age,of whom 425 were women,302 were Han(58.2%),380 were double-class construction universities(73.2%),241 were urban students(46.4%),260 were only children(50.1%),91 were over 2000 yuan(17.5%),68 were fathers(13.1%),69 were mothers(13.3%)and 96 were fathers(18.8%).5%),the number of mothers doing business was 83(16.0%);the number of family members starting a business was 225(43.4%);there were 314(60.5%)in social practice during school;224(43.2%)had family education or part-time work during school;and 178(34.3%)were class cadres.(2)Current situation of innovative entrepreneurial ability:the average score of the research object’s innovative entrepreneurial energy force table(98.95±18.05),the lowest score is 27 points,the highest score is 135 points,and it is in the middle level.Among the differences in the characteristics of general demography,among them,the subjects aged 18 and above,the lower grade,the city born,the monthly consumption level of 2000 yuan~,the higher the father’s education level,the father’s business,the mother’s business,the social practice,family education or part-time work during school,and the higher the score of innovation and entrepreneurial ability of the subjects who have served as class cadres.(3)Current situation of innovative entrepreneurship education:the research object innovative entrepreneurship education energy force table average score of questionnaire average score(84.45± 17.7),the lowest score of 24 points,the highest score of 120 points,in the middle level.Among the differences in the general demographic characteristics,the age of 18 and above,the lower grade,born in the city,the monthly consumption level of 2000 yuan-,the higher the father’s education level,the higher the mother’s education level,the father’s business,mother’s business,family members’ entrepreneurship,social practice during school,and the higher the score of innovation and entrepreneurship education of the research object who has served as a class cadre.(4)Current situation of entrepreneurial environment:the average score of the questionnaire on entrepreneurial environment of the subjects studied was(44.12±9.11),the lowest score was 12 points,the highest score was 60 points,and it was in the middle level.Among the differences in the characteristics of general demography,the subjects with age of 18 and above,lower grade,non-double first-class construction university,birth in the city,father’s higher education,father’s business,mother’s business,social practice during school,and working as class cadres scored higher in the entrepreneurial environment.(5)Current situation of entrepreneurial efficacy:the average score of the questionnaire on entrepreneurial efficacy of the subjects was(69.42±13.79),the lowest score was 19,the highest score was 95,and it was in the middle level.Among the differences in the characteristics of the general demography,the subjects who were 18 years of age and above,senior grade,born in the city,father’s higher education,father’s business,mother’s business,social practice,family education or part-time work,and former class cadres had a higher sense of entrepreneurial effectiveness.(6)Current situation of entrepreneurship opportunity identification:the average score of the questionnaire on entrepreneurship opportunity identification of the was(53.06±11.77),the lowest score was 15 points,the highest score was 75 points,and it was in the middle level.Among the general data characteristics,the subjects with age more than 18,lower grade,birth in the city,monthly consumption of more than 2000 yuan,father’s higher education level,father’s business,mother’s business,participation in social practice during school,family education or part-time work,and working class cadres had higher entrepreneurial effectiveness scores.(7)Relevance:each dimension of innovation and entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial opportunity identification of the research object was positively related to innovation and entrepreneurship ability.(8)Regression analysis:innovative entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial efficacy,grade,source of rural areas,father business,participate in social practice,have done tutoring or part-time for innovative entrepreneurial ability factors.Conclusion:(1)The ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is in the middle level.In the age,the lower grade,the source city,the monthly consumption level of more than 2000 yuan,the higher the father’s education level,parents business,family members to start a business,participate in social practice and serve as class cadres and other aspects of innovative entrepreneurial ability has a greater impact.(2)Innovative entrepreneurship education is at the middle level.In the age,the lower grade,the source city,the monthly consumption level of more than 2000 yuan,the higher the parents’ education level,parents’ business,family members’entrepreneurship,participation in social practice and class cadres have a greater impact on innovative entrepreneurship education.(3)The entrepreneurial environment is at a medium level.In the age,the lower grade,the non-double first-class construction university,the student source city,the father education level is higher,the parents do business,participate in the social practice and serve as the class cadre has the big influence to the entrepreneurial environment.(4)Entrepreneurial efficacy is at a moderate level.In the age,the lower grade,the city where the students come from,the higher the education level of the father,the more the parents do business,participate in social practice,have done family education or part-time work,and serve as class cadres have a greater impact on the sense of entrepreneurial efficacy.(5)Entrepreneurial opportunity identification is at a moderate level.It has great influence on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities in the aspects of age,lower grade,city of origin,monthly consumption level of more than 2000 yuan,father’s education level,parents’ business,participation in social practice,family education or part-time work,and class cadres.(6)The scores and total scores of each dimension of innovation and entrepreneurship ability in ethnic higher nursing colleges are related to the general data characteristics,innovation and entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial environment,sense of entrepreneurial efficacy,and identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.(7)The results of the regression analysis showed that innovative entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial efficacy,as well as the influence factors of the middle grade of the general data,the rural origin of the students,the father’s business,the participation in social practice,the family education or part-time work,were the most predictive factors of entrepreneurial efficacy.
