Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Gerontological Nursing Talent Training In Secondary Vocational Schools In Hainan Province

From a professional point of view,the old-age service industry is not only a very formal and noble profession,but also a profession that requires a variety of professional skills.From the level of old-age nursing education,secondary vocational education mainly trains basic nursing talents,secondary health vocational schools undertake the main task of training nursing professionals,and it is also the main channel to transport practical nursing talents to the grass-roots level.However,there are some problems in the old-age nursing training education in secondary health vocational schools in China,which hinders the development of vocational education.Under these conditions,it is impossible to train and adapt to the current situation of the development of the old-age service industry and to adapt to the work of the old-age care institutions.Based on the investigation of the current situation of nursing personnel training in secondary vocational schools of hainan province,this paper finds out the existing problems in education of nursing personnel training in secondary vocational schools of hainan province.The current secondary vocational school talent training pattern mainly uses the market employment oriented talents training mode,this paper again in hainan province old-age care services industry first-line endowment industry status quo of nursing staff were investigated,and the results compared with school education present situation to explore,analyze our country old-age care secondary health vocational schools training education the main problems and reasons.And from the professional point of view of the old-age care service industry,we can learn from the advanced experience in the field of old-age care education in foreign countries and other provinces throughout the country.In order to promote the development of nursing talents for the aged in secondary vocational schools in Hainan Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the problems in the training of nursing talents for the aged.The secondary health vocational schools in Hainan Province have carried on the reform in the aspect of old-age nursing education,and actively explored the effective way and the best method to train the talents of old-age.
