To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Kushen Qufeng Pill On Eczema Before And After Treatment

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of kushen qufeng pill on eczema before and after treatment.Methods:1.Grouping:70 patients who met the criteria were included and were divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)by random control method.2.Treatment plan:in the treatment group,Chinese patent medicine kushen qufengwan was given for treatment,one pill at a time(6g per pill),three times a day.Patients were instructed to take it half an hour after meals every day.The control group was treated with epistin hydrochloride capsules,one tablet at a time(10mg per tablet),once a day,and the patients were instructed to take it orally before going to bed every night.In both the treatment group and the control group,compound cortex phellodendri solution was externally applied,and sterile gauze(5-6 layers)was soaked with the medicine solution,and applied to the skin lesions with cold and wet application,twice a day,20-30min each time.3.Observation methods:one course of treatment per week and two courses of treatment were observed.Patients in the treatment group and the control group were observed before treatment,one week after treatment,and two weeks after treatment,according to the skin lesion area,skin lesion severity,itch degree and other indicators and efficacy.4.Statistical methods:SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all data,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.After treatment,the skin lesion area,skin lesion severity score,itch degree score and total symptom score of the subjects in the two groups were significantly reduced.Statistical tests were conducted,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant.2.According to the observation of clinical efficacy,6 cases of clinical recovery,20 cases of obvious effect,4 cases of effective and 5 cases of ineffective in the treatment group;In the control group,4 cases were clinically cured,12 cases were obviously effective,8 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control groupConclusion:1.Kushen qufeng pill can reduce the clinical symptom score of patients with eczema(wet heat immersion syndrome),improve the area of skin lesions and relieve itching2.Kushen qufeng pill is an effective Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of eczema(wet heat immersion syndrome).
