Qingrechushi Powder In The Treatment Of Infantile Eczema(Damp Heat Immersed Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective:Through the observation of the qingrechushi powder in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp heat immersed syndrome)in the clinical total efficiency,Including the target skin lesions,itching degree and related symptoms of Chinese Medicine,To evaluate the clinical efficacy of internal and external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile eczema.Method:Select the standard 3-9 at the age of 90 cases of infantile eczema patients as the research object,according to the visiting sequence,will meet the conditions of selecting cases using the method of randomized,divided into 30 cases in each group,the treatment group and the control group 1 and control group 2,a total of 3 groups.Were given:wash treatment of herbal washing with Chinese medicine powder qingrechushi powder for oral treatment,herbal washing with Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine treatment of oral Longdanxiegan granule abroad.The general situation of sex,age,course of disease,main symptom(target lesion degree,pruritus degree)and complication(TCM syndrome)were recorded.Three groups of patients were treated with 1 weeks for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment were evaluated.The improvement of symptom scores was observed and recorded before and after treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect was judged and SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.The treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2,the three groups of patients in the sex,age,course of disease and other aspects of the constituent ratio of comparison,there is no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable,can be carried out in this clinical study.2.The main points of disease(target lesion degree,itching degree):after 2 courses of treatment,significant difference of target lesions,pruritus scores were three groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group of main symptom score better than the control group 1,1 in the control group than the control group 2.3.And symptoms(TCM):after 2 courses of treatment,significant differences between the three groups of TCM syndromes were(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group TCM syndrome score better than the control group 1,1 in the control group than the control group 2.4.Clinical observation of the completed a total of 90 cases of children with eczema,treatment group with detoxification antipruritic prescription plus traditional Chinese medicine powder qingrechushi powder with treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 86.67%,1 in the control group was 70%,2 in the control group was 33.33%.The effective rates of the three groups were different.It showed that the treatment group(Chinese medicine external washing plus Chinese medicine powder)was superior to the control group 1(traditional Chinese medicine external washing plus Chinese patent medicine),and the control group 1 was better than the control group(2).In the treatment group,9 cases were cured(30%),11 cases(36.67%),effective in 6 cases(20%),invalid in 4 cases(13.33%),the total efficiency of 86.67%;control group 1 plus Chinese medicine by washing detoxification antipruritic particles with external Longdanxiegan therapy,3 cases were cured(10%),6 cases(20%),effective in 12 cases(40%),invalid in 9 cases(30%),the total efficiency of 70%;control group 2 only washing detoxification antipruritic treatment in children,1 cases were cured(3.33%),0 cases(0%),effective in 9 cases(30%),invalid 20 cases(66.67%),the total efficiency of 33.33%,the efficacy of the three groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Qingrechushi powder has significant curative effect in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp heat immersed syndrome).2.Qingrechushi powder has no obvious toxic and side effects in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp heat immersed syndrome).It is a safe and reliable clinical therapy.
