Clinical Observation On Kushen Qufeng Pills In The Treatment Of Perianal Eczema (Dampness-Heat Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kushen Qufeng pill in the treatment of perianal eczema.To explore a new way for clinical treatment of perianal eczema.Methods: 64 patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Kushen Qufeng pill,one pill at a time,twice a day,half an hour after meals;the control group was treated with Longdan Xiegan pill,one pill at a time,twice a day,half an hour after meals.The treatment group and the control group were applied with zinc oxide ointment twice a day.The course of treatment in both groups was one week,lasting for two courses.Before treatment,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment,the severity of skin lesions,the area of skin lesions,the degree of pruritus and other indicators were statistically analyzed.All data were analyzed by spss25.0software,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result: After one week and two weeks of treatment,between the two groups,the scores of symptoms and the total scores of symptoms decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The pruritus degree and the duration of pruritus of Kushen Qufeng pill group were better than that of Longdan Xiegan pill group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total curative effect of of Kushen Qufeng pill group was better than that of the Longdan Xiegan pill group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Kushen Qufeng pill is an effective drug for the treatment of perianal eczema(dampness-heat type).Compared with Longdan Xiegan pill,Kushen Qufeng pill can relieve the pruritus faster,get better therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
