Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Kushen Qufeng Bolus in treating neurodermitis(syndrome of wind and damp accumulating the skin).Methods:Seventy patients who were admitted into Dermatology Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine betwwen April 2019 and November 2019 and conformed to the inclusion criteria were randomly diveded into a treatment group(35 cases)and a control group(35 cases).The patients in the treatment group were treated with Kushen Qufeng Bolus orally,one pill one time,three times a day,and the patients in the control group were treated with Xiaofeng Zhiyang Pellet orally,one packet one time,three times a day.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the subjective and objective symptom scores and curative effect were observed.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.There was statistically significant difference between every group of the subjective and objective symptom scores during different periods,with P<0.05.2.There was statistically significant difference between two groups of the subjective and objective symptom scores during the same period,with P<0.05.3.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.57%,while that in the control group was 79.41%,and there was statistically significant difference between two groups,with P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Kushen Qufeng Bolus can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of neurodermitis(syndrome of wind and damp accumulating the skin).2.Kushen Qufeng Bolus is an effecttive prescription for treatingneurodermitis(syndrome of wind and damp accumulating the skin).
