Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Qufeng Decoction Combined With Scorpion Ointment In The Treatment Of Chronic Perianal Eczema

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Qufeng decoction combined with scorpion ointment in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type)Method:96 cases of chronic perianal eczema were randomly divided into three groups:treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group.In the process of the experimental study,a total of 4 subjects did not complete the treatment,and the number of effective cases in the final participants were as follows:3 1 cases in the treatment group 1,31 cases in the treatment group 2,and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group 1 was treated with Yangxue Qufeng decoction combined with external application of scorpion ointment,the treatment group 2 was treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule Combined with external application of scorpion ointment,and the control group was treated with oral Runzao Zhiyang Capsule.Three groups of subjects after 28 days of treatment,according to the subject’s skin lesions shape score,itching degree score,moist degree score,before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score changes,clinical curative effect judgment,test whether the drug is effective.Results:1.Symptoms and signs:there were significant differences in the symptoms and signs of the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,the comparison between the two groups showed that there were significant differences in skin lesion morphology,itching degree,TCM symptoms and moisture degree between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,treatment group 1 and control group,treatment group 2 and control group.(P<0.05)。2.Total clinical efficacy:after 28 days of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group was 93.5%,80.6%and 53.3%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).3.Recurrence rate:after 14 days of treatment,the subjects were randomly interviewed.In treatment group 1,there was 1 case of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 3.30%;in treatment group 2,there were 3 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 10.00%;in control group,there were 5 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 16.7%.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Yangxue Qufeng decoction combined with scorpion ointment in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type),has a certain impact on the improvement of clinical symptoms of perianal eczema.2.Yangxue Qufeng decoction combined with scorpion ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema...
