Clinical Observation Of Qingrechushi Yin Combined Tazi Therapy To Treat The Treatment Of Acute Eczema

Objective:this study was to observe Qing Re Chu Shi Yin joint Ta Zi the clinical curative effect of treatment of syndrome of acute eczema, as well as the two aspects of theory and clinical research.Methods:clinical immersed in hot and humid type selection, a total of 70 patients with diagnostic criteria for acute eczema, according to randomized into two groups. Treatment group 35 cases,17 were the male, female 18 cases; 35 cases and control group of 16 cases of male, female 19 cases. Which treatment group given Qing Re Chu Shi Yin (by Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of pharmaceutical preparation in traditional Chinese medicine preparation) and Ta zi therapy, the control group with gentian liver pills. Two groups of patients were with 4 weeks for a period of treatment, before and after treatment respectively observed two groups of 2,3, 4 weekend eczema skin lesion area and severity index (EASI score method) and itching degree of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation, compare the difference between the two groups. And to keep a record of patients in the treatment of adverse reactions during which to evaluate drug safety.Conclusion:1. The two weekend, after the two groups of patients after treatment in the two groups and each group in alleviating itchy skin lesion area and extent and improve the subjective symptoms were significant differences (P< 0.05), and 3 weeks after treatment between the two groups were the same time the two groups of indicators there were significant differences (P< 0.05).2.4 weeks after treatment, with EASI scores improve the curative effect evaluation index, the treatment group recovered in 7 cases,20 cases were markedly improved,3 cases effectiveness and 2 cases, total effective rate was 84.38%; Control group 4 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate 57.58%, two groups of patients with curative effect comparison exists significant difference (P< 0.05).Results:"clear Qing Re Chu Shi Yin joint Ta Zi therapy" and "gentian purging liver pills", compared to traditional Chinese medicine liquid form joint TaZi therapy can obviously relieve patients subjective symptoms of itching, reduce lesion severity and reducing eczema lesion area, curative effect is superior to the latter.
