Clinical Observation Of Eczema And Spleen Deficiency And Its Influence On CD4+ And CD8+T Cells In Peripheral Blood

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Lishi Granule in the treatment of eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome and its influence on the level of CD4+T and CD8+T cells,the safety of its clinical application and mechanism of action were evaluate.Research methods: According to the research plan,SPSS26.0 was used to randomly divide the cases numbered 1-72 into the treatment group and the control group,36 in each group,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The control group was given desloratadine citrate disodium tablets(8.8 mg / tablet),1 tablet / time,1 time / day,orally before bedtime.The treatment group was given Qufeng Lishi Granules(15g / bag),1 bag/ time,2 times / day,half an hour after meals.Both groups were treated with mometasone furoate cream,twice a day,and applied to the skin lesions.2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Before and after treatment,the main symptom score,TCM secondary symptom score,skin disease quality of life index score,recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded respectively.SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.One month after the end of treatment,a follow-up was conducted to observe the total effective rate and recurrence rate.Research results:1.Completion : A total of 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for eczema were selected in this study,including 5 cases in the control group and 31 effective cases;in the treatment group,4 cases were lost,32 cases were effective,and the total shedding rate was12.5 %.2.Clinical efficacy : At the end of treatment,the total effective rate was 87.50 % in the treatment group and 64.52 % in the control group,P < 0.05.3.Itch degree score : At the end of the course of treatment,the itching degree score of the two groups was compared,P < 0.05.4.EASI score : At the end of the course of treatment,the EASI scores of the two groups were compared,P < 0.05.5.TCM syndrome score : At the end of the course of treatment,the improvement of TCM syndromes(total score of TCM syndromes,primary and secondary symptom scores)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P < 0.05.6.Laboratory examination : At the end of the course of treatment,the levels of CD4 +T cells were significantly increased and the levels of CD8 + T cells were significantly decreased in the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).7.Adverse reactions : There were no adverse reactions in the two groups after the course of treatment,and the results of auxiliary examination were not abnormal.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Qufeng Lishi Granule in the treatment of eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome is better than that of the treatment group of loratadine.2.The efficacy of Qufeng Lishi Granule in the treatment of pruritus,TCM syndrome and EASI score of eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome is better than that of the treatment group of Medloratadine.3.Qufenglishi granule in the treatment of eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome has no special adverse reactions,good safety,worthy of clinical application.
