ObjectiveTo investigate and evaluate the clinical application of Guizhi Fuling Bolus plus or minus combination prescription in the treatment of Acne Conglobata,summarizing the regularities in using Guizhi Fuling Bolus plus or minus combination,and providing some reference that it base on clinical treatment of Acne Conglobata with Guizhi Fuling Bolus plus or minus combination prescription.MethodsSearching out patient medical records.Selecting patient with Acne Conglobata who had met the inclusion criteria.Designing a collection form of medical record information,which it had collected the basic information of patients,skin lesions,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,drug therapy etc...Using the Excel worksheet for data entry,coding,database structure compilation and modification,database files generation.Using the SPSS 22.0 data to generate the database file backup and locking,for statistical analysis.The data results had been analyzed to summarizing the clinical therapeutic effect of Guizhi Fuling Bolus plus or minus combination prescription,and analyzing the indications,summari zing the regularities of clinical medication.Results1.On the basis of date,the disease was concentrated between the 12-25 years of age,between male and female ratio was 1:1.02,accounting for 74.3%of the total in this age.Between the group of 26-35 years of age,the incidence rate is 24%,and common in female.The group over 35 years of age accounted for 1.70%of the total,and this group with the lowest incidence rate.2.According to the statistical analysis,in 121 cases of skin lesions aggravation inducement,lack of sleep accounting for 55.4%of the total,followed by 44.6%of externally used product with hormone,14%of greasy diet,5.8%of mental factors,3.3%of spicy diet,24.60%of before and after menstrual.There are significant differences in dietary greasy and externally used product with hormone between men and women(f<0.05).There are no significant difference in lack of sleep,spicy diet and mental factor between men and women(P>0.05).3.Statistical analysis showed that Seborrheic dermatitis,Malassezia folliculitis and hormone-dependent dermatitis are the three skin diseases associated with Acne Conglobata.The combined incidence rates are 37.2%,12.4%and 2.5%respectively.The P values of seborrheic dermatitis and Malassezia folliculitis are less than 0.05 by Chi-square test,indicating that there are statistical difference between men and women.There are no significant difference in hormone-dependent dermatitis between men and women(P>0.329).Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and irregular menstruation are the unique diseases of women,with the incidence of 4.90%and 13.10%respectively.4.The frequent over 10%in symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The lack of sleep(63.6%)is the most frequent accompanying symptom in TCM,followed by polydipsia(43%),complexion in Guizhi Fuling pill.6.Quantitative integrals of skin lesions before and after treatment were compared.The average+standard deviation after treatment was 1.91 ± 1.597.T-test showed that there is significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,in 121 patients,10(8.30%)were cured,78(64.50%)were markedly effective,27(22.30%)were effective,5(4.10%)were ineffective,and 1(0.80%)was aggravated.The total effective rate was 95.04%.Conclusion:1.After clinical investigation and summary,it is found that Guizhi Fuling Bolus can be targeted at patients with polymeric acne with the following symptoms:poor sleep,thirst,polydipsia,dark complexion,fatigue,anorexia,lower abdominal pain,irritability,irritability,The pulse has a string,a string,a string,and the tongue is dark
