Objective:To observe Qingrexiaocuotang combined red blu-ray and sting windingcutem bloodletting synthetic therapy phlegmy heat and blood stasis "type of acne andeffect on the influence on the quality of life of the patients, and investigate the combinedtherapy phlegmy heat and blood stasis type and the clinical curative effect of acne.Method:70cases of phlegmy heat and blood stasis "type acne patients were randomlydivided into two groups: treatment group137cases (I group), Qingrexiaocuotangcombined red blu-ray and prick bloodletting cutem, supplemented by psychologicalintervention; treatment group233patients (II group), Qingrexiaocuotang combined prickbloodletting cutem.8weeks of treatment, and study the clinical efficacy of treatment andadverse reaction, and observed before and after treatment the change of the quality of life.Result:I group healed rate is89.19%, the total effective rate is94.59%; II grouphealed rate is69.70%, the total effective rate is90.91%, the statistics, the two groups arestatistically significant difference (P <0.05).
