Objective:This topic through comparing the lesions of the Warm acupuncture and Moxibustion joint pricking therapy to simple pricking therapy on polymerization-type acne patients is to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of acne polymerization by the temperature acupuncture jointly pricking therapy. Methods:Based on the cases,60patients, who have visited the acupuncture and moxibustion department and dermatological department of our hospital and have been diagnosed with acne polymerization, are chosen as the research object. According to the treatment sequence, the research object is randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. Each group has30people. The treatment group is offered the temperature acupuncture jointly pricking therapy. The acupoints for warming acupuncture:Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan and Qihai; The acupoints for venesection:Dazhui and Geyu. Acupoints location is based on PRC Standards:Acupuncture point positioning, issued by State Bureau of Technical Supervision. Warming acupuncture therapy is done every other day and will add vessel pricking therapy at the third time. One month is a period of treatment. Treatments stop on the female menstrual periods. The control group is offered vessel pricking therapy. The method and course of treatment is the same with the treatment group.Recorded separately the skin lesions of two groups before treatment, after treatment and treatment to end points of three months after, and observed the clinical efficacy. After all cases data collection is completed, use the statistical software SPSS17.0for windows on the data for statistical analysis, two groups were compared before and after treatment and follow-up of lesions points and clinical efficacy. Results:The basic information of the two groups before treatment, which has been through chi-square test and t test, is comparable (P>0.05). After treatment, the efficacy statistics shows that in the treatment group5cases were cured,18cases were markedly effective,7cases were improved and0cases were ineffective, while in the control group2cases were cured,12cases were markedly effective,12cases were improved and4cases were ineffective. As for efficacy rate and total effective rate, there are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the integrals of skin lesions in the two groups are all significantly improved, but the reduction of the treatment group is more obvious. The difference is significant (P <0.05).Follow-up observation after3months shows that in the treatment group5cases were cured,22cases were markedly effective,3cases were improved and0cases were ineffective, while in the control group0cases were cured,13cases were markedly effective,11cases were improved and6cases were ineffective. As for efficacy rate and total effective rate, there are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01). The integrals of skin lesions in the treatment group are decreased and markedly improved, while the control group is increased. The difference is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and Moxibustion joint pricking therapy has good and short-term efficacy on acne conglobata.
