| Objective:To explore the effective method for clinical treating Acne-prone Mastitis, conclude and compare the differences of the clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy of the application of Plus-minus Tounongsan Powder, to provide objective basis for applying Supporting Manipulation in treating Acne-prone Mastitis.Method:Collect30cases of out-patient with newly diagnosed Acne-prone Mastitis in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Medicine from March2012to December2013,and analysis of the clinical symptoms and signs and laboratory parameters.Then take Supporting Manipulation as the main principle of treatment,and with the Plus-minus Tounongsan Powder prescript with Astragalus, licorice root, Chinese honey locust, Pangolin, Angelica sinensis as the main drug, also add or subtract with medicine with the changing of disease.If the mass goes into pus, then Coarse-needle aspiration or incision and drainage from the lowest position abscess under ultrasound guidance.7days per course of treatment,observe and recorde the dates of signs and symptoms、white blood cell、the lymphocyte percentage、High-sensitivity C-reactive protein and sex hormone after treated7days,14days,21days,28days. And follow-up of patients after treatment, eventually using SPSS16.0software for statistical analysis, and statistical evaluation of the results eventually.Results:①The total effective rate for applying Plus-minus Tounongsan Powder for Acne-prone Mastitis respectively was36.67%、66.67%、76.67%、93.33%for treating7days,14days,21days,28days, especially in mass type.②Inflammatory cells was significantly lower than before treating, WBC、the lymphocyte percentage and High-sensitivity C-reactive protein were lower than before,and WBC is lower obviously(p<0.01).③The six sex hormone all decrease than before treating to some extent.However, compare with the data of E2、P、T、LH、FSH、PRL before taking medicine, there is no difference between them.Conclusion:①Plus-minus Tounongsan Powder exists obvious clinical efficacy in treating Acne-prone Mastitis,and it can provide the opportunity for operation,or even be free of the operation. Supporting Manipulation also can furthest keep optimal appearance and function of human’s breast.Therefore it could be in application and dissemination.②Its traditional mechanism of action may be related to supporting healthy and compelling poison out of body. The corresponding mechanism of western madicine is about inflammatory factors associated with the fight and regulation of the balance among internal secretion. |
