Analysis Of The Clinical Efficacy Of TCM Differentiation And Treatment Of Acne Conglobata

Objective:To explore and evaluate the mechanism and clinical efficacy of acne No.1,acne No.2 and Chinese medicine 1 mask and Chinese medicine 2 Mask in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Material and Methods:from July 2018 to December 2019,60 patients who met the standard in Department of dermatology outpatient clinic were collected.They were divided into 30 cases of heat toxin accumulation syndrome and 30 cases of phlegm dampness stasis syndrome according to clinical manifestation.They were given acne No.1,Chinese medicine 1 facial mask,acne two and Chinese medicine 2mask respectively.Establish excel form,record patient information in detail,including(1)general information: name,gender,age,course of disease.(2)Clinical manifestations: location,shape,score,other symptoms,tongue vein.(3)During the treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine is composed.Using SPSS 23.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Correlation of syndrome types: after analysis,there was no correlation between gender,age,course of disease and clinical classification of acne(P > 0.05).2.After 8 weeks of internal and external treatment of TCM,the scores of skin lesions and secondary symptoms of the two types of syndromes were lower than before treatment.It shows that the combination of internal and external treatment of acne can significantly reduce the number of skin lesions and other symptoms.3.The results showed that: 2 cases were cured(6.67%),11 cases were effective(36.67%),13 cases were effective(43.33%),4 cases were ineffective(13.33%),and the total effective rate was 86.67%;1 case was cured(3.33%),9 cases were effective(30.00%),15 cases were effective(50.00%),5 cases were ineffective(16.67%),and the total effective rate was 83.33%.There was no statistical difference The significance(P > 0.05)indicated that the curative effect of the two types of syndromes was similar.Conclusion:1.The instructor summed up the clinical experience and divided the acne into hot and toxic syndrome and phlegm dampness and stasis syndrome,internal treatment is the main method,combined with external use of traditional Chinese medicine mask,the curative effect is ideal.2.The patients with the syndrome of excessive heat toxin and phlegm dampness and stasis began to take effect after 4 weeks of treatment,and the effect became more and more significant with the prolongation of the treatment time.
