Rsults:Through anti-inflammatory and immune experiment found that Yiqi Sanjie soup of proinflammatory DNCB inhibited the delayed-type hypersensitivity in mouse, and improve their immune function; Yiqi Sanjie soup inhibited xylene-induced inflammation in mouse Immediate hypersensitivity; clinical observations, the incidence of acne convergent and has the relationship between immune function; three sets of effects were Yiqi Sanjie soup + minocycline + thymosin injection group> Yiqi Sanjie soup + minocycline group> minocycline + thymosin injection group; Conclusion:Yiqi Sanjie soup has obvious anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory role in the treatment of acne conglobata efficacy significantly.
