| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified yanghe decoction combined with fire-needle in the treatment of Yang deficiency phlegm coagulation type acne conglobata,and to compare the changes in the level of patients' quality of life before and after treatment.Methods:72 acne conglobata patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with modified yanghe decoction combined with fire-needle,and the control group was given Isotretinoin,and both groups were treated with acne cream.The patient observation form was filled before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and6 weeks after treatment.Each patient underwent quantitative score of main symptoms,Subcomprehensive quantitative score,the skin quality of life index(DLQI)scores,and recorded whether there was any defect.The response was followed up for 3months,and the recurrence was recorded.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS25.0 to conclude.Results:1.Comparison of efficacy between two groups of patientsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.85%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.25%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Quantitative score analysis of main symptomsThere was no significant difference in the main symptom quantification score between the two groups before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).The quantitative scores of the main symptoms of the two groups decreased significantly after 2 weeks of treatment compared with that before treatment,4 weeks after treatment compared with that after 2 weeks of treatment,and 6 weeks after treatment compared with that after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment of the two groups had a significant effect on the reduction of skin lesions,but the quantitative improvement of the main symptoms was similar between the treatment group and the control group.3.Quantitative score analysis of subsyndromesThere was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and after6 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),while there was significant difference between the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The subsyndromes of the two groups were significantly decreased before and after 6 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups had significant effect on the improvement of subsyndromes after 6 weeks of treatment,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.Quality of life index(DLQI)analysis of skin diseasesThere were statistically significant differences between the DLQI assessment groups before and 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,there was also a statistically significant difference between the groups of DLQI assessment(P<0.05).Conclusion:after 6 weeks of treatment,the DLQI score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the improvement degree of the DLQI score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,indicating that the improvement degree of the quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.5.Safety evaluationOnly 1 patient in the treatment group showed discomfort symptoms,while most patients in the control group showed adverse reactions.6.Recurrence rate analysisThe recurrence rate within 3 months after treatment was 15.79% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified yanghe decoction combined with fire-needle can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients Yang deficiency phlegm coagulation type acne conglobata,and the curative effect is accurate,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate is low. |
