Clinical Observation Of Guizhi Fuling Bolus Jia Wei In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Of Decompensation Period Of Blood-Stasis Obstruction

Purpose: To provide adequate basis for the further affirmation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, by observing the effect of the group of Guizhi Fuling Bolus for the chronic renal failure in decompensation period of blood- stasis obstruction.Methods: Choose 70 patients with the chronic renal failure in decompensation period of blood-stasis obstruction from 2014. 3 to 2015.3.Patients were accorded with the Traditional and western medicine inclusion criteria.Conventional western medicine treatment.give patients low grade protein, low phosphorus diet,protein intake of 0.4 to 0.6 g/kg.(d), calorie intake for 30 to 40kcal/kg.(d). According to the conditions of blood pressure, correcting the water electrolyte and acid-base balance,resisting the infection.The experimental group give guizhi fuling Bolus;Control group choose domestic widely used and recognized effective pills-shen shuai ning, produced by yunnan ideal pharmaceutical co.,LTD. Usage: once 4 ~ 6 grain of 3~ 4 times a day; Treatment: 2 months. Observe Serum creatinine(Scr)、Blood urea nitrogen(BUN)、endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr) and glomerular filtration rate(GFR), routine blood, hemoglobin, 24 hours urinary protein quantitative, routine urine red blood cell count and so on.Results: 1. The total effective rate of Treatment group and control group were88.57% and 71.43% respectively, and the treatment group is better than the control group. 2.The treatment group was superior to control group in improving syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and laboratory parameter(P <0.05).Conclusions: 1. The group of Guizhi Fuling Bolus has significant curative effects in improving syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine for the chronic renal failure in decompensation period of blood-stasis obstruction. 2. The group of Guizhi Fuling Bolus has significant curative effects in improving Scr、BUN and U-TP for the chronic renal failure in decompensation period of blood-stasis obstruction.
