Health issues are a major event concerning the national economy and people's livelihood, and an important prerequisite for everyone to achieve their goals in life. With the improvement of public health awareness and the improvement of people's living standards, health issues have gradually gained widespread attention from the public. At the same time, women's health has become one of the hot issues in the society.HPV,the full name is Human Papilloma Virus,is a group of viruses that are common worldwide.Different HPV viruses can cause different diseases. The study found that 99.7% of cervical cancers are caused by high-risk Human Papilloma Virus, which become one of the main "killers" that threaten women's health. The HPV vaccine, which has been successfully developed and marketed, can effectively prevent HPV infection, thereby preventing cervical cancer, making cervical cancer the only cancer that is prevented by vaccination, which has brought good news to women around the world. In 2018,Gardasil 9 was officially launched in China. The target population was 16-26 years old,and most college girls were at this age.But studies have shown that college girls have a lower level of understanding of HPV and HPV vaccines.Based on the theory of communication, this study examines the relationship between media exposure of college girls in Chongqing and their attitudes toward HPV vaccine acceptance. This study used a questionnaire survey to investigate the group of college girls in Chongqing.According to the results of the questionnaire, the media contact behaviors of college female students in Chongqing are frequent.Their understanding of HPV virus and HPV vaccine is generally low,and their demand for relevant information is not fully met.Search engines and social media are the channels that they prefer to access when they get health information, and they have a higher level of trust in traditional media. The level of cognition of HPV and HPV vaccine by university girls and the frequency of use of the Internet are positively correlated with their acceptance of HPV vaccine.Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, five suggestions are proposed to promote the promotion of HPV vaccine.First, strengthen the supervision of relevant information dissemination, adopt authoritative sources of information.secondly, integrate traditional media and online media to create differentiated communication methods.then, bridge the information gap and build a positive interaction between communicators and audiences.Fourth, according to the characteristics of the audience, disseminate different information. Finally, adjust the mode of communication for the characteristics of HPV.
