ObjectiveTo investigate the status of resilience and its influential factors of undergraduate nursing students, and explore the mechanism of resilience between stress and subjective well-being.Based on the theory of positive psychology,a set of resilience intervention plan for undergraduate nursing students is developed, which is easy to operate and popularize. In the form of group intervention, the effectiveness and sustainability of the intervention plan for improving the resilience of undergraduate nursing students are discussed and verified.Method1.Investigation and research on the resilience of undergraduate nursing studentsUsing the questionnaire of general information of undergraduate nursing students, college students' stress scale, subjective well-being scale and Chinese CD-RISC resilience scale as research tools, select 698 undergraduate nursing students from the first grade to the third grade of Bengbu Medical college by stratified cluster. All data was recorded using Epidata 3.1,and SPSS 19.0 was statistically processed. Methods include: descriptive analysis,t-test,single factor analysis,Pearson correlation.Understand the current situation and influencing factors of resilience of undergraduate nursing students, and explore and verify the mechanism of resilience between stress and subjective well-being.2.Undergraduate nursing students resilience group intervention study results64 nursing students in Bengbu Medical college were recruited and randomly assigned to the intervention group(31 subjects)and the control group(33 subjects)The intervention group received an PPIs for 8 weeks, and the control group received regular mental health education in the school.Pre-test(T1),post-test(T2),follow-up 3 months(T3),and 6 months(T4)using the College Student Stress Scale,Subjective Well-Being Scale, and Chinese CD-RISC Resilience measurement, and after the intervention, the group activity summary and the experience feedback log of each member of the experimental group were collected as qualitative research data.SPSS19.0 was statistically processed. Methods include: descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis,?2 test, repeated measures analysis of variance, and simple effect analysis. The qualitative data was processed using Nvivo11.0.Result1.Results of current situation survey and researchA total of 760 questionnaires were issued, and 698 were effectively recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 91.84%.The specific results are as follows:(1)The Resilience score of undergraduate nursing students is 61.78 ± 11.78 points,Whether or not to serve as student leader, academic level and professional attitude have statistical significance to the difference of resilience of nursing students in undergraduate courses(all P<0.05).(2)There was a significant negative correlation between stress and resilience and subjective well-being(r=-0.297,0.489,both P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between resilience and subjective well-being(r=0.0.543,both P<0.01).(3)Resilience has some mediating effects between undergraduate nursing stress and subjective well-being,and mediation effect accounts for 26.54% of the total effect.2.Analysis of positive psychology intervention resultsThe actual effective cases were 64(88.89%).The actual effective cases in the experimental group were 31(96.88%).The actual effective cases in the control group were 33(82.5%).The specific results are as follows:(1)intervention effect test--stress level changeRepeated measurement anova results showed that the time main effect and interaction of stress score were significant(P < 0.05),and the stress level of nursing students in the experimental group at T2 and T4(all P < 0.05)was significantly lower than that in the control group. In the experimental group, the stress level at T2(P=0.060)and T4(P=0.035)time points was significantly lower or the edge was significantly lower than T1.The stress level of the control group at T4 time point was significantly higher than T1(P < 0.05).(2)test of intervention effect--change of subjective well-beingThe results of repeated measurement anova showed that the time main effect and interaction of subjective well-being scores were significant(P < 0.05),and the happiness level of nursing students in the intervention group at T2 and T4 was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P < 0.05).The subjective well-being scores of the experimental group at T2,T3 and T4 were significantly higher than T1(all P < 0.05).(3)intervention objective test--changes in resilienceThe results of repeated measurement anova showed that the intergroup main effect, time main effect and interaction of resilience scores were significant(P < 0.05).The resilience level of nursing students in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group at T2(P=0.021),T3(P=0.081)and T4(P=0.004).The levels of resilience of the experimental group at T2,T3 and T4 were significantly higher than T1(all P < 0.05).(4)qualitative interview resultsQualitative research confirmed the conclusion of quantitative data, and the results showed that the experimental group nursing students had an improvement in internal protective factors of resilience(such as the improvement of self-confidence,positive self-cognition,stress response, etc.)and external protective factors(social support from friends and schools).Conclusion1.The resilience of undergraduate nursing students was at the medium level.Resilience plays a part of mediating role in the influence of stress on subjective well-being.Targeted education activities can be adopted to improve the level of resilience of undergraduate nursing students, enhance happiness experience and promote the development of psychological health.2.Positive psychology interventions can significantly improve the resilience and subjective well-being of undergraduate nursing students, alleviate the stress level, and has a lasting intervention effect.
