| Background:With the development of society and the improved level of our material life, people have paid more and more attention to the pursuit of happiness."How to increase personal subjective well-being"has gradually become a hot issue and has paid more attention by many people. The hospital nurses bear more and more psychological stress for the intensity of work in China.Objectives:In this research we try to study the psychological stress, psychological resilience and subjective well-being of the hospital nurses, and the further relationship of them. We try to explore the mechanism of psychological stress and psychological resilience on the subjective well-being, correctly guide hospital nurses to improve their psychological resilience,understand their psychological stress and improve their subjective well-being level.Methods:The research employd "SCL-90scale","CD-RISC" and "General Well Being Schedule" to examine370hospital nurses,and then it carries out t test on all data, analysis of variance, correlation analysis factors, gradually far regression analysis and processing by means of SPSS17.0.Results:1.There are significant differences in the hospital nurses’psychological stress,mainly presented in the aspects of positions, positional titles, age, types of contract and there is no significant difference in the aspects of education experience. Personnel agency nurses’psychological stress is significantly higher than the nurses who are on regular payroll; ordinary nurses’ psychological stress is higher than the head nurses; primary nurses and chief superintendent nurses psychological stress is higher than the other nurses; nurses that have5-10years working experience are under higher stress. 2.There is no significant difference in the hospital nurses’ psychological resilience if the nurses had different working experiences and different education experiences.3.There are significant differences in the hospital nurses’ subjective well-being,mainly presented in the aspects of contract types, positions, positional titles, working experience, and education experience. The subjective well-being of the nurses who are on regular payroll is higher than that of personnel agency nurses and tcontract nurses; subjective well-being of nurses working for more than20years are higher than those of other nurses.The head nurses’ subjective well-being is higher than that of the ordinary nurses;the ordinary nurse’s subjective well-being is generally higher than other professional nurses;the nurses with technical secondary school education experience have higher subjective well-being than the nurses that have bachelor’s degree.4.There is significantly negative correlation the between the nurses’ psychological stress and the subjective well-being.There is positive correlation between the nurses’ psychological resilience and the subjective well-being.5.Hospital nurses’ psychological stress and Psychological resilience have the predicted effect on the subjective well-being.Depression and paranoia has a negative impact on subjective well-being, power has a positive influence on subjective well-being. ConclusionThrough the research we know that the psychological stress of hospital nurses is so high and the psychological resilience is not ideal,nor is the level of subjective well-being.So we shoud cry to let the hospital nurses rational understand their own psychological pressure and guide the hospital nurses to improve the psychological resilience.The hospital shoud carry out psychological evaluation and psychological counseling of nurses as soon as possible,to create a good employment environment and enhance the level of subjective well-being of hospital nurses. |
