Objective: 1.To understand the current situation and interrelationship of psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance in patients with essential hypertension;2.To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention on psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance in patients with essential hypertension.Methods: 1.220 patients with essential hypertension were investigated with general data questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire,Newfoundland Memorial University Happiness scale,perceived Social support scale and Drug Compliance scale.2.120 patients were randomly divided into control group(n = 60)and experimental group(n = 60).The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received positive psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The levels of psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance were measured before intervention,1 month after intervention and 2 months after intervention.Results: 1.the scores of psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance of 220 patients with essential hypertension were(128.06±17.25),(16.47 ±3.13)and(16.47 ±3.13)respectively.2.Pearson correlation analysis showed that psychological capital of patients with essential hypertension were positively correlated with social support,subjective well-being and medication compliance(P<0.05).Through stepwise regression analysis,resilience can positively predict family support,hope that it can positively predict friends' support and other support,resilience andself-efficacy can positively predict positive emotion,optimism and resilience can negatively predict negative emotion and negative experience,optimism and resilience can positively predict positive experience,hope,resilience,optimism and self-efficacy can positively predict medication compliance.Other support has a positive predictive effect on positive emotion,friend support has a positive predictive effect on positive experience,other support has a negative predictive effect on negative experience,and friend support has a negative predictive effect on negative experience.Other support has a positive predictive effect on medication compliance,and positive emotion has a positive predictive effect on medication compliance.3.The intermediary effect test shows that psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role between social support and subjective well-being,and psychological capital plays an intermediary role between social support and drug compliance.4.At 1 month and 2 months after intervention,the scores of psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance in patients with essential hypertension were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of repeated measurement of variance showed that there were significant differences in intergroup effect,time effect and interaction effect of psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The level of psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance of patients with essential hypertension are not high;2.Patients' psychological capital,social support,subjective well-being and medication compliance are closely related.Medical workers can formulate comprehensive psychological intervention strategies from two aspects: internal(psychological capital)and external(social support).Positive psychological intervention helps to improve patients' psychological capital,subjective well-being and medication compliance.
