Results of polit study:the total score in SAS of undergraduate nursing students was25~98.8, with the average score of44.13±7.66.The incidence of anxiety was22.4%,144(19.3%) were slight anxiety,19(2.6%) were mild anxiety, and4(0.5%) were severe anxiety. the total score in SDS of undergraduate nursing students was25~79, with the average score of48.78±9.51.The incidence of anxiety was53.6%,241(32.3%) were slight anxiety,132(17.7%) were mild anxiety, and5(0.6%) were severe anxiety. Multiple linear regression showed that general self-efficacy, anxiety and subjective well-being were affected the level of nursing students’depression.2. Analysis of data after intervention:(1) DepressionRepeated measures analysis of variance showed that main intervention effect and main time effect on depression was significant (P<0.05); there was significant interaction between time and intervention, and interaction diagram indicated that the decrease degree of depression was larger in intervention group than that of control group over time after intervention.Compared the levels of depression at different times in both group, the significantly different at T2, T3, T4(P<0.05). Compared the levels of depression in intervention group at T1, T2, T3and T4, the levels of depression were significantly different between those at every time (P<0.05).(2) Sleep qualityRepeated measures analysis of variance showed that main intervention effect and main time effect on sleep quality was significant (P<0.05); there was significant interaction between time and intervention, and interaction diagram indicated that the decrease degree of sleep quality was larger in intervention group than that of control group over time after intervention.Compared the levels of sleep quality at different times in both group, the significantly different at T2, T3, T4(P<0.05). Compared the levels of sleep quality in intervention group at T1, T2, T3and T4, the levels of sleep quality were significantly different between those at every time (P<0.05), excepting T3and T4(P>0.05).(3) General self-efficacy Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that main intervention effect and main time effect on general self-efficacy was significant (P<0.05); there was significant interaction between time and intervention, and interaction diagram indicated that the increase degree of general self-efficacy was higher in intervention group than that of control group over time after intervention.Compared the levels of general self-efficacy at different times in both groups, the levels of general self-efficacy were significantly different at T2, T3, T4(P<0.05). Compared the levels of general self-efficacy in intervention group at T1, T2, T3and T4, the levels of general self-efficacy was significantly different between those at every time (P<0.05),except T1and T2, T3and T4(P>0.05).(4) Subjective well-beingRepeated measures analysis of variance showed that main intervention effect and main time effect on subjective well-being was significant (P<0.05); there was significant interaction between time and intervention, and interaction diagram indicated that the increase degree of subjective well-being was higher in intervention group than that of control group over time after intervention.Compared the levels of subjective well-being at different times in both groups, the levels of subjective well-being were significantly different at T2, T3, T4(P<0.05). Compared the levels of subjective well-being in intervention group at T1, T2, T3and T4, the levels of subjective well-being was significantly different between T1and T2, T3, T4(P<0.05), the comparing result between T3and T4was also significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion1. There was high rate of anxiety and depression among undergraduate nursing students, slight and mild level of anxiety and depression was the main part.2.
