Study On The Treatment Principle Of Dayuanyin Decoction Based On Data Analysis Of Ancient And Modern Documents

Purpose:As the classical prescription for treating evil hidden in the membrane-source,Dayuanyin decoction is widely used in clinic While,it lacks deep theoretical research and syndromes statement,so it is very necessary to do a deeper study about the rule of syndrome and treatment,so that its scope of clinical application would be expanded and the curative effect would be improved.Methods:This subject,using the traditional method of literature research,arranges and summarize Dayuanyin's related papers,medical records.Then we arrange medical records of Dayuanyin decoction published in CNKI from 1986 to 2017,and summarize it's characteristics of syndrome and treatment which concludes the general law of disease,core symptoms and the use of drugs,using the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system software,Frequency statistic methods and Golden Section method.Finally,the two results would be compared to get the type-treating regular of Dayuanyin decoction.Results:(1)The general law of disease: Dayuanyin decoction is used most frequently in summer while there is no obvious regional difference and sex difference.(2)Core symptoms: The main symptoms are chest tightness,no hungry,tired,chills,nausea and headache.Secondary diagnostic symptoms are thirst,body pain,abdominal distension,sweating,constipation,bitter taste,irritability,dizziness.The tongue is red and the moss is thick and greasy.The common pulses are string-rapid,string-slipping and slipping-rapid.(3)The rule of original prescription's drugs: The necessary original drugs are Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,amomum tsao-ko and areca.The using frequency of other drugs from large to small is the order of Scutellaria,Anemarrhena,licorice and Paeonia lactiflora.At least 6 drugs will be used when a doctor use this prescription in clinical.(4)The rule of added drugs: The type of added drug are drugs for relievingexterior syndrome,eliminating dampness drugs,clearing heat drugs,qi-regulating drugs,laxative.There are 15 main added drugs: radix bupleuri,Pinellia ternate,Rhubarb,Artemisia annua,tangerine peel,gardenia,fructus aurantii,rhizoma atractylodis,wormwood,coix seed,Ge Gen,forsythia,patchouli,Poria,immature bitter orange.(5)The TCM spectrum: Dayuanyin decoction is widely used in clinic.There are18 TCM diseases in 75 cases,which mainly focus on the Exogenous disease,gastroenteropathy.It is mainly used to treat humid resistance fever,distention and fullness,exogenous fever,constipation,and so on.(6)The western disease spectrum: There are 27 western diseases in 75 cases.Fever,digestive diseases,and respiratory diseases are the most common.The principal diseases are fever of unknown origin,upper respiratory tract infection,constipation,functional dyspepsia,cholecystitis,etc.Conclusion:As the classical prescription for treating evil hidden in the membrane-source,Dayuanyin decoction can also treat the diseases of damp and hot retention in the stomach and intestine after the development of doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,through the two aspects of literature and clinical data,we study the rule of syndrome and treatment,and widen the scope of clinical application.Dayuanyin decoction is applicable both in the exogenous and endogenous diseases.On the basis of grasping the pathogenesis,the drugs have different add and subtract.The main types of the added drugs are the antipyretic drugs,the dampness clearing drugs,the clearing heat drugs,the Qi regulating drugs and the draining drugs.
