Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Xiangtianma Decoction In Treating H-type Hypertension Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:Objective to evaluate the effect of Xiangtianma Decoction on plasma homocysteine(Hcy),24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),mantial office blood pressure(MOBP),clinical signs and symptoms score in the treatment of H-type hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome.To evaluate the efficacy of Xiangtianma Decoction.Methods:Forty-eight patients with grade 2 or grade 3 of H-type hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity according to the standard were collected as subjects,and envelopes were randomly divided into 24 patients in both groups.The treatment group was given losartan potassium tablets,folic acid tablets combined with Xiangtianma Decoction,and the control group was given losartan potassium tablets,folic acid tablets.After 8 weeks of treatment,Hcy,MOBP,ABPM,clinical signs and symptoms score in the two groups were observed.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the relevant baseline(P>0.05),indicating good equilibrium and comparability.(1)After treatment,plasma Hcy decreased in both groups.Compared between the two groups(P<0.01),there was statistical significance.(2)NSBP and NDBP decreased in ambulatory blood pressure.Compared between the two groups(P < 0.05),there was statistical significance.Among them,there was no significant difference in the variation of 24 hSBP,24hDBP,DSBP and DDBP.(3)The difference of mantial office blood pressure between the two groups(P> 0.05)was not statistically significant.(4)In terms of clinical signs and symptoms,the effective rate was86.96% in the treatment group and 58.33% in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Clinical symptom score:symptoms of vertigo,lumbar acid and five upset hot in the two groups were significantly relieved after treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was statisticallysignificant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Xiangtianma Decoction can reduce the plasma Hcy level,NSBP and NDBP level of patients,and can improve the symptoms of patients such as vertigo,lumbar acid,and five upset hot.
