| Objective:It's purpose is to summarize Professor Li Tingkai's clinical experience and related academic thoughts in applying Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction,and to inherit the academic thoughts and clinical experiences of Professor Zhu Jinzhong,a famous veteran Chinese medicine doctor.Methods:A total of 150 cases of Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction treated and effective in Li Tingkai Clinic of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2017 to August 2018 were collected(total of outpatient service 471 times),through the way of clinical observation and frequency analysis method,to the patient's clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse condition,Chinese medicine of disease,doses,drug compatibility,period of treatment,statistics,sorting and analyzing the teacher this prescription medication indications,clinical law of looking for teachers using this formula,summarize the clinical experience and academic thoughts,to provide academic thoughts and clinical experience of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine effective research model.Results:1.45 cases of male and 105 cases of female were treated by the teacher with Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction in clinical practice,the male patients including 1 case of aged 5-19 yeas old,22 cases aged 20-39 years old,15 cases aged 40-59 years old,6 cases aged 60-79 years old,and 1case aged between 80 years old.;The female patients including 0 case of aged 5-19 years old,26 cases of aged 20-39 years old,53 cases of aged 40-59 years old,,25 cases of aged 60-79 years old,and 1case of aged between 80 years old.Involved on a total of 20 Chinese medicine disease,including40 cases of heart disease,22 cases of brain disease,26 cases of spleen and stomach disease,4 cases of liver disease,3 cases of kidney disease,38 cases of the qi.blood and fluiddisease,6 cases of body channels and collaterlas disease,8 cases of gynecological diseases and 3 cases of other diseases.the syndrome of qi activity stasis in 150 cases,the following symptoms: insomnia,palpitations,poor appetite,irritable,constipation,dizziness,sweating,moss thin pink tongue,pulse setting or the acerbity,and so on.2.when the teacher use to the formulas of Chinese medicine.The commonly used clinical dose is Bupleurum Falcatum 10 g,ginger-processed Pinellia ternata 10 g,codonpsis pilosula 10 g,liquorice 6g,scutellaria baicalensis 10 g,cassia twig 10 g,poria cocos 10 g,cooked rhubarb 6g,calcine-processed Dragon Bone 30 g,calcine-processed Oyster Shell30 g,ginger 3g,jujube 10 g.In this prescription,the dosage of Bupleurum Falcatum 10g(445 times),8g(26 times);the dosage of cassia twig 10g(368 times),3g(102 times),6g(1time),the dosage of cooked rhubarb 3g(13 times),6g(411 times),8g(47 times);the dosage of calcine-processed Dragon Bone 10g(4 time),20g(6 times),30g(365 times),40g(27 times),50g(37 times),60g(32 times);the dosage of calcine-processed Oyster Shell10g(4 time),20g(6 times),30g(365 times),40g(27 times),50g(37 times),60g(32 times).there were 259 times of flavoring drug and 29 kinds of drugs,including 105 times of qiregulating drugs,58 times of tonifying drugs,28 times of tranquilizing drugs,22 times of humidifying drugs and 17 times of heat-clearing drugs.The top six drugs these are joined frequency were orange peel(52 times),fried green peel(52 times),Fried spina date seed(28times),fried rhizoma atractylodis(16 times),bighead rhizoma atractylodis(16 times),rough gentian(11 times).Conclusion:1.Professor Li Tingkai,one treated with Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction main object for women between the ages of 20-79.The pathogenesis of Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction was depression of qi.The main symptoms were insomnia,palpitation,poor appetite,irritability,constipation,sweating and dizziness.The main symptoms were: head stuffy,qi rushing upward,headache,weakness,chest tightness,cool limbs,hypochondriac pain,baking hot,stomachache,irregular menstruation,bitter mouth and dry throat,breathe hard,hair loss,anxiety and depression;thin red tongue moss,sinking pulse,sinking and astringent pulse.or sinking and string-like pulse.2.The use of drug dose is closely related to the discomfort symptoms of patients.If the patients sweats a lot,the dose of bupleurum,can be reduced to 8g,and the dose of cassia twig can be reduced to 3g.When the patient has constipation ripe big yellow can be added to 8g,the patient defecate is normal can be reduced to 3g.The dosage of calcined keels and calcined oysters can be up to 60 g in patients with severe emotional symptoms,while the dosage can be reduced to 10 g in patients with mild emotional symptoms.3.Professor Li Tingkai should pay more attention to the changes of prescriptions when adding or subtracting the Bupleurum Falcatum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction.The prescriptions are interlinked.The addition or subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine is not a simple addition or subtraction of the flavor,but the addition or subtraction of the prescription.4.Professor Li Tingkai inherited professor Zhu Jinzhong the academic thought of "treating miscellaneous diseases from the liver" and "harmony as the key point". |
