Our subject research take modern statistical methods and traditional philology as the methods to study Haoqingqingdan decoction’s characteristic of prescription and its corresponding type and the prescription’s applying range, in that we would like summarize Haoqinqingdan decoction’s type-treating character,and expand its clinical applying range, in order to better used in clinic.Methods:This subject, guided by philology research, clinical curative effects,type-treating specification, filter 300 cases of Haoqinqingdan decoction published in CNKI in recent 30 years, builds the clinical applying data base of Haoqinqingdan decoction, concludes the syndrome feature from the aspects of onset season, area, process, age, gender, diagnostic in TCM and western medicine, symptoms, pulse state, tongue picture, added and subtracted drugs. After arrange these datum, we using Golden Section method, Frequency statistic methods, and Key words statistic analytic method, summarize the TCM and western disease spectrum, diagnostic atandard of symptom, tongue picture, and pulse state, and the regular of the original medicine and its changing.in the end, we count the results and conclude type-treating regular of Haoqinqingdan decoction by analyzing and discussing.Results:(1)Normal pathogenesisregular: summar is the season that Haoqinqingdan decoction used most frequently, and its major includes pediatrics,internal and out medicine, gynecology. The oncome age ranges from 21 to 70.This prescription’s gender has no significantly differences between male and female. The course is 1-14 days Its main using area is the south of China.(2)Core pulse state and symptom: The main symptoms are chest distress,chest bilge painful, dry heaves hiccups,alternating episodes of chills and fever, no hungry, dry feces, yellow urine, obstructed sweating; Secondary diagnostic symptoms are spitted acid and bitter water, bitter mouth, dizzy,heavy body, tiredness. Haoqinqingdan decoction’s tongue picture’s diagnostic standard are red or light red tongue and yellow fur.
