| Purpose:Based on underneath cure method of traditional Chinese medicine,grip”Liu fu based on the open””Fu qi in sequence the surrender”and”between the intestines and liver circles”theory applying to the text,regarding distinct liver heat,lukewarm cold or damp as cure method,observing applied the collaboration of Yinchen Zhufu Decoction and Longdan Xiegan Decoction treating the pain by chronic hepatitis B ascitesdue to cirrhosis’s Clinical curative effect（Simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndrome）.And put data statistical system evaluate analyze scriptures decoction of traditional Chinese medicine into using the Clinical curative effect of curing the pain,so highlight the treatment advantage of entiretied concept and individual of traditional Chinese medicine,so can more and more providing summarizing and excavating pathogenesis and clinic application of chronic hepatitis B ascitesdue to cirrhosis’s powerful substance gist,and can be welling guiding the clinic.Method:Put filtrating out to identify patients with hepatitis B ascitesdue to cirrhosis’s in Simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndrome 72 cases from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Hospital of liver,spleen and stomach diseases department outpatient service and cure district,randomly percentages divided into therapy group and contrast group,each group has 36 inpatients.Based on the basis therapy,the therapy group was given the body pain by the collaboration of Yinchen Zhufu DecoctionandLongdanXieganDecoction（yinchen,baizhu,fuzi,zhizi,shengdihuang,chaihu,dahuang and other drugs）,count 4 weeks for a course of treatment;the contrast group was given the body pain by Polyene Phosphatidyl choline capsules oral,a total of 4 weeks of treatment.After a course of treatment,record and settle the two group patients’s traditional symptom integration and correlated norm front and back of cure,and then put into the statistics conducted,analyzing and comparising.Result:Statistical conducted results below,（1）evaluation of Curative Effect of TCM syndrome,the treatment group 33 cases,respectively 14 patients,effective 15 cases and ineffective in 4 cases,the total efficiency of comprehensive effect of 87.88%,in 32 cases in contrast group,markedly effective,effective and ineffective were 7 cases,14 cases,11cases,the total efficiency of was 65.63%.In rank sum tested,Total effective rate in treatment group and contrast group is significant differences,△p<0.05.（2）on a statistical comparison（t-test）,the two groups cases in front of the treatment of ALT measure price respectively are 115.67±12.45 and 116.17±23.04,AST measure price respectively are119.27±13.13和118.13±25.12,two groups cases in front of the treatment norm price compare p>0.05,different not statistics significance,state the two group data are comparable.After the end of the treatment,the treatment group ALT and AST measure price respectively are 55.67±15.36*▲,56.27±14.77*▲,and contrast group ALT and AST measure price respectively are 68.33±11.08,65.80±16.14,treatment group compared with the group before treatment and the control group after treatment p<0.05,the treatment group ALT,ASL serum measure price lower evident.（3）on a statistical comparison（t-test）,the two groups cases in front of the treatment of serum TBIL（total bilirubin）,DBIL（direct bilirubin）,ALB（albumin）,PTA（prothrombintimeactivity）notsignificantly different,p>0.05,illustrated has been comparable.After the end of the treatment,the treatment group serum TBIL,DBIL,ALB,PTA measure price respectively 36.13±16.47*▲,22.42±12.21*▲,36.68±9.35*▲,69.10±24.52*▲,the control group respectively 44.78±14.47,24.57±10.28,33.60±8.56,62.90±23.18,treatment group compared with the group before treatment and the control group after treatment p<0.05,the treatment group improved more visible,compared with the contrast group in serum all TBIL,DBIL,ALB,PTA after treatment▲p<0.05,with significant differences.（4）on a statistical comparison（t-test）,the two groups cases in front of the treatment of the yield of water in enterocoelia,weight,all round of abdomen not significantly different,p>0.05,illustrated has been comparable.After the end of the treatment the treatment group the yield of water in enterocoelia,weight,all round of abdomen are 8.20±4.01*▲,61.21±13.82*▲,65.18±10.47*▲,the contrast group respectively are 11.26±2.72,65.63±12.17,70.96±8.98,treatment group compared with the group before treatment and the control group after treatment p<0.05,treatment group the yield of water in enterocoelia,weight,all round of abdomen lower more than the contrast group,the treatment group clinic curative effect is more excellent.（5）Comparison of western medicine comprehensive effect,in the two groups scale datum,the treatment group 33 cases,respectively 11 patients,effective 17cases and ineffective 5 cases,the total efficiency of comprehensive effect of 84.85%,both in the contrast group 32 cases,are 7 cases,13 cases,12cases,the total efficiency of is 62.50%.In rank sum tested,the two group efficiencies with significant differences,△p<0.05.Conclusion:From the above statistics results are obtained,proved that by”LiuFu open descend”and”intestines-liver circulation”theory ombination,the collaboration of Yinchen Zhufu Decoction and Longdan Xiegan Decoction is satisfacted in the clinical application.And not appear unhealthy reaction phenomenon in all Clinical observation course.It is proved that classical decoction cure the diseases was effective,and could supply,complete the attack mechanism and clinic treatment precept of chronic hepatitis B ascitesdue to cirrhosis,in order to guide the clinic more greatly. |
