Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Catgut implantation at acupoint combined with Chinese medicine Dangguiyinzi in treating Chronic Eczema of blood-deficiency wind-dryness type,and provide a safe and effective method or thought for clinical treatment of Chronic Eczema of blood-deficiency wind-dryness type.Method:Total 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Catgut implantation at acupoint and oral Chinese medicine Dangguiyinzi(Therapeutic acupoint: LJ11,ST36,SP6,SP10,BL20BL15,BL17,AShi Point,Once a week;Oral Chinese Medicine Dangguiyinzi twice a day);the Control Group was treated with Chinese medicine Dangguiyinzi Orally(twice a day),the course of treatment is 2 months.The general condition of the two groups of patients was observed and recorded(Sex,age,course of disease,distribution of skin lesions)and the score of skin lesion severity,skin lesion area and pruritus degree were calculated before and after treatment.After 2 months of treatment,the scores before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS24.0 statistical software,and the scores before and after treatment were compared according to the results of statistical analysis objective evaluation of Catgut implantation at acupoint combined with traditional Chinese Medicine Dangguiyinzi oral treatment of blood-deficiency wind-dryness type of chronic eczema clinical efficacy.Results:1.The study collected 72 cases total,of these,10 cases of shedding,62 cases were completed,31 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,distribution of skin lesion,score of skin lesion severity,score of skin lesion area,score of skin pruritus,score of EASI,total score between the two groups Before treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparison the skin lesion severity: The scores of skin lesion severity in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P<0.01).The scores of erythema,papule and lichenmcationin in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the scores of excoriation(P>0.05).It is showed that both treatments could improve the severity of skin lesions to some extent,but the improvement of erythema,papule and lichenmcationin in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Comparison the skin lesion area: The scores of skin lesion area in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P<0.01).The scores of skin lesion area in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P<0.05).It is howed that both treatments can reduce the area of skin lesion to a certain extent,but the treatment group is superior to the Control Group.4.Comparison the degree of skin pruritus: The scores of the degree of skin pruritus in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P<0.01).The scores of skin lesion area in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P<0.05).It isshowde that both treatments can change the degree of skin pruritus to some extent,but the treatment group is better than the control group.5.Comparison the score of EASI: The scores of the EASI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P< 0.01).The scores of EASI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group by Intergroup comparison,and the differences were statistically significant between two group(P < 0.05).It is showde that both treatments can improve the area and severity of Eczema to some extent,but the treatment group is better than the control group.6.Comprehensive evaluation of curative effect: After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.32% in the treatment group and 83.87% in the control group.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of the Treatment Group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Catgut implantation at acupoint combined with Chinese medicine Dangguiyinzi and Chinese medicine Dangguiyinzi for the treatment of Chronic Eczema of blood-deficiency wind-dryness type,both of which can improve the severity of skin lesion,the area of skin lesion and the degree of pruritus.However,Catgut implantation at acupoint combined with Chinese medicine Dangguiyinzi is superior to oral Chinese medicine in improving erythema,papules,lichenmcationin,pruritus and reducing the area of skin lesions.
