Observation On The Curative Effect Of Siwu Xiaofeng Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Anal Eczema (blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of siwu xiaofeng powder combined with boric acid zinc oxide bornite ointment in the treatment of anal eczema blood deficiency and wind dryness perianal eczema.Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic anal eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome in the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Changde,Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.30 patients in each group were given Siwu Xiaofeng Powder orally in the treatment group.Control group orally loratadine tablets citric acid,two groups are boric acid zinc oxide borneol ointment for external use,treatment 2 weeks for a period of treatment,two groups are 2 courses of treatment,respectively on two groups of patients before and after treatment(one course of two period of treatment)itching of skin rash area morphology observed score and statistical analysis,8 weeks after treatment,recurrence of evaluation in the two groups.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment in age,gender,course of index comparison after statistical analysis showed no statistical difference,and can be compared between groups(group 1): is compared between two groups after the treatment of a course no significant statistical difference,after 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group improved in lesion area of rash form is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),two groups of itching degree improving degree no statistical difference;(2)Intra-group comparison: Improvement was observed in both groups at 2 time points after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).(3)Efficacy evaluation: After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the two groups was 93.33% and 73.33% respectively,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Evaluation of recurrence rate: Follow-up at 8 weeks after the end of treatment showed that the recurrence rate of the two groups was17.86%,45.45% respectively,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Siwu Xiaofeng Powder for internal use can safely improve the skin rash appearance of patients with chronic anal eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome in terms of pruritus degree,skin lesion area,and other aspects.At the same time,it has the advantage of low recurrence rate and obvious clinical treatment effect.
