Clinical Study On Treatment Of Blood Deficiency And Dryness Eczema By

Purpose: To observe the blood deficiency and wind dryness type of eczema patients in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital last year in order to Study the clinical curative effect of No.2 Prescription for eczema.Material and method: To collect the blood deficiency and wind dryness type of eczema patients ambulatory treatment records from December 2013 to September 2014 in Dermatology Department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM, of which 63 cases were accorded with the inclusion criteria, in accordance with the random number table, were divided into treatment group(No.2 Prescription for eczema) and control group(Runzao Zhiyang Capsule), both groups by topical eczema lotion(self-made),the treatment group 32 cases, the control group 31 cases. Laboratory tests included blood and urine routine examination, hepatic and renal function, the numbers of peripheral eosinophils and total serum IgE The course of treatment is 60 + /- 2 days. Analyze the efficacy, the skin damage index, the severity of pruritus and some other related items.Results: 1. Comparison of the clinical efficacy, by rank sum test, P<0.05 results total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 93.33% and 73.33%, The treatment group was superior to control group. 2. Integral Comparison in the area of skin injury after treatment, by rank sum test,P<0.05,it shows that No.2 Prescription for eczema can reduce the area of skin injury. 3. Integral Comparison in the lesions forming after treatment, by t-test, P<0.05,it shows that No.2 Prescription for eczema can improve the lesions forming,such as erythema, desquamation, drying, hypertrophy, chap. 4. Integral Comparison in the severity of pruritus, by rank sum test, P<0.05,it shows that No.2 Prescription for eczema can relief the severity of pruritus. 5. Contrast before and after treatment the numbers of peripheral eosinophils and total serum IgE, by rank sum test, P>0.05,it shows there’s no obvious difference before and after the treatment. The two group of the numbers of peripheral eosinophils before and after has improved each accounted for 18.33%,20%. The two group of total serum IgE before and after has improved each accounted for 36.17%,50%.Conclusion: 1.The No.2 Prescription for eczema is better than control group on the treatment of the blood deficiency and wind dryness type of eczema. 2.The No.2 Prescription for eczema can reduce the area of skin injury and the lesions forming, also can significantly improve subjective symptom. 3. The No.2 Prescription for eczema and Runzao Zhiyang Capsule can improve The numbers of peripheral eosinophils and total serum IgE to some extent.
