| Objective:Perianal eczema is a common disease in anorectal, through the use of Dang-Gui-Yin-Zi Jiawei fumigation to observe the treatment of blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome type chronic perianal eczema efficacy, thereby further evaluate the safety and efficacy of Dang-Gui-Yin-Zi Jiawei fumigation, to provide a new method and scientific basis for clinical treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome type chronic perianal eczema.Method:40cases with chronic perianal eczema (blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome type) in adult patients, according to the principle of randomly divided into two groups. One is experimental group (Dang-Gui-Yin-Zi Jiawei fumigation), the other is control group (Pifukang Lotion fumigation)20cases in each group. Observed within one month (once per week) lesions form, itching degree, itching frequency, lesion area, and other indicators to comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy.Results:Dang-Gui-Yin-Zi Jiawei fumigation group and Pifukang Lotion fumigation group, each before and after treatment the lesions form, itching degree, itching frequency, lesion area were statistically significant (P<0.05), Dang-Gui-Yin-Zi Jiawei fumigation group is better than Pifukang Lotion fumigation group on the improvement of the lesion area of the skin (P<0.05), and improve faster than Pifukang Lotion fumigation group on itching degree, lesions form, lesion area of the skin (P<0.05). The two groups have partially invalid cases, Dang-Gui-Yin-Zi Jiawei fumigation group is better than Pifukang Lotion fumigation group in the overall effect. The recurrence rate of the two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion:through clinical observation of the subject research, Dang-Gui-Yin-Zi Jiawei fumigation group is better than Pifukang Lotion fumigation group in the overall effect, moreover its stable curative effect, less adverse reaction, is worth further clinical application. |
